Dommage que des établissements aussi chic fasse payer le parking 18 dollars par jour même à ceux qui sont leurs hôte je trouve cela honteux

Was so memorable experienced at this hotel

So clean , friendly and comfortable room

Everything was perfect , it could be so much better if the pressure of shower wasn’t too low , but everything and everyone was so perfect.

Very enjoyable experience

Cleanliness, close to strip and other casinos to see shows

I was in line to get my luggage downstairs, I was in yoga pants and a sweat shirt the bell hop taking the tickets passed me up asked the well dressed woman who was dressed nicer clothes if she required help. My husband gave him the ticket. He gave it to another person, the lady asked if we wanted help with the luggage and crossed the garage area where the ride share area is located while that same man helped another couple. Of course I gave her a larger tip. Lesson is just because I’m wearing sweats doesn’t mean I’m not a better customer. It just means I was wearing comfortable clothes for travel or whatever activity. I may not be elite or a movie star but I did reserve 3 king suites and my money spends the same as the couple dressed in suit and tie.

Luxurious room with plenty to do around the property!

Well appointed room with great view of the main strip and plenty of facilities around the hotel. Room is very spacious and luxurious!

There was no tea/coffee machine. WiFi speed can be a bit slow at times.

Mooie, grote hotelkamer

Hele mooie ruime kamer, veel faciliteiten, redelijk luxe, maar niet overdreven. Wel hee comfortabel en ruim. Fijn om douche en bad apart te hebben. Zowel tv in zit- als slaapgedeelte is fijn. Het resort is wel prachtig! (Kamer ook maar te duur) Fijn dat er echte glazen op de kamer waren (enige hotelkamer in de VS waar glazen waren ipv kartonnen of plastic bekers). Personeel vriendelijk en wij hoefden niet lang te wachten bij het inchecken! N.B. Betaal niet extra voor uitzicht op de stad! (Ons uitzicht op de stad was een uitzicht op alleen de Trumptower.

Voor deze prijs zelfs geen koffiezetapparaatje op de kamer of een eigen koelkastje kan echt niet vind ik. ‘S Ochtends een half uur in de rij moeten staan bij de Starbucks voor een kop koffie terwijl je 500 euro p.n. betaald voor een kamer … Nergens prijzen te vinden voor de minibar …

We stayed weekend in Palazzo with our friends. Was so fun and beautiful. Would love to come back .

We love Palazzo for many reasons: location, service, rooms! Club level is the best choice, highly recommended. Breakfast and happy hour food is fantastic and service are very good .

The best hotel if attending Sphere.

The reason I picked the hotel is because of the proximity to sphere. It could not have been better, you get to the Sphere without leaving the hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised, hotel was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was helpful.

Nothing, my husband and I enjoyed our stay there.

Disappointing, and not up to the hype. I cut my visit to Coronado,CA short for this? The Wynn next!

comfortable beds, and the poolside workers, such as Christmas, the lifeguard manager from NJ and Joseph the security.

Not getting assistance from the bellman, bad communication from staff, not receiving a refrigerator for my diabetic fiancé,' Grazie rewards program being down nearly all of our stay and not delivering on promises to make up for the many mishaps.

Room was clean.

After checking in very late at night, the process of arranging for a bell-hop to bring luggage to the room was painful. I could have taken it myself rather than wait an hour (at 1.30am) for the luggage to be sent up. Also, quite unpleasant to be greeted by a naked man in the corridor on our first morning.

Excellent location, fabulous room and view.

The guest room is spacious, huge living room, suit washroom, big shower. Was in 32nd floor, very good view, esp. The new big sphere stadium displaying beautiful pictures during the night. Also enjoyed the pools. So many tasty restaurants around.

Top. It was a couple of days adventure in a kind of surreal world.

A true 5 star hotel with endless culinary choices. Everything is super professional, the staff was very friendly and forthcoming.

The prices are not cheap.

Good stay, a lot to do and close to everything.

The atmosphere and the things to do in the hotel space. I liked the idea of being able to traverse both The Venetian and The Palazzo.

Upsetting to see the poor homeless and drug addicts. Nice hotel but that’s about it.

It felt like a piece of Venice in the USA

The view was the worst one I have ever experienced. There was a wall and big A/C generators outside the windows - which meant the room was very dark! Also, I only drink tea and was asked to pay $45 for a kettle and 2 cups! I don’t like it that much! It just shows that this place revolves around fleecing people!

Inspite of upgrading the room was allocated one with vision blocked by a large dome. Must opt for higher floors for a better view

It is a great property, just be upfront about your pricing and think about your customer experience

The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, the staff is on point and receptive. Easy access to the Canal and the restaurants around them, fashion show is extremely accessible along with the 24hr CVS. They had some challenges with their key card system, but it is what it is, not a major inconvenience. One of the best places I've stayed in Vegas.

The surprise "resort fees". I pre-paid the property on booking.com and it included $45 of resort fees/night. Then I got an additional $51/night charge on my credit card, after the inquiry it was said it is resort fees. Let's be honest, if you are booking the Palazzo $51/nights extra is irrelevant, what irritated me was the front office email back that said, this additional resort fees was mentioned in the T&Cs which I signed at check-in. When you are checking in at 2 am Vegas time and are on east coast time with is 5 am you are not entirely in the right mindset to reach a 20 page T&C on a small screen. They destroyed the entire experience for the extra resort fees which could have been very well included in the upfront pricing on reservation websites OR said aloud by the person checking you in, I would not have walked away from the hotel for an extra $51 of resort fees. They need to be better about communication and not sneak it in.

Has to be the best resort I've stayed at to date!

The suite was beautiful! Very clean and well stocked. Concierge was very helpful in setting up tickets for shows and dinner reservations. They quickly responded to all my emails and helped change reservation times when I needed to.

Brighter lighting in bathroom, difficult to shave with dim lighting. A steamer for wrinkled clothes would be nice to have in room.
