Great little get away

Perfect location for day of skiing at blue Kids loved the hot tub !! Beds were super comfy

Convenient, clean and cozy.

Clean, nice furnishings, location was ideal.

The toilet needs a new flapper, when we left we couldn’t get it to stop running There could have been a couple more towels.

Great location , nice grounds

The property was clean , and great location. I found the property could use updates and maintenance though.

The Maintenance that need to be addressed is the patio has rotting deck boards , I wasn’t sure how safe it was ? The carpets need to be replaced as having repeat guests these are worn over time .

Overall, the stay was pleasant.

There are 2 bathrooms that we do not have to wait in line for showers. Kitchen utensils are fully equipped. The mattresses are comfy

Have to call Priceline twice to obtain the unit number. There were only 4 bath towels when we had 5 people on the premise. No WIFI access as there is no indication of the unit number and password. Hair dryer on the second floor was not working and sliding door cannot be locked.

Extremely unsatisfying

Bathroom plumbing was malfunctioning Bathroom sink wasn't draining properly There was lots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, caulking in the bathroom is moldy needs to be changed The person we complained about missing bedding and towels (we were provided sets for 4 guests only while the reservation was made for the 6 of us. So two of us had no bedding and no towels) was EXTREMELY rude, told us to go rent a place in the village for $790 next time and threatened to accuse us of causing damage to the rental unit Horrible

Pleasant

location was ok, it's still a walk to get to the lift but the views are great.

The pillows weren't great--super flat and poor quality. There was only 1 towel per person so two would have been nice. The downstairs bathroom was not stocked with toilet paper so luckily we found some upstairs. There was no baking pan or any basic amenities like tin foil or coffee tea. Making these small investments would increase the experience.

The property was smaller than I expected as if you are sleeping on the pull out couch or the downstairs bed you are expo

The fact that it had a kitchen and not too far from the activities.

I didn’t like the lack of service. e.g ran out of toilet paper didn’t know who to contact. The toilets didn’t work properly, only one dishwasher tab left for a week stay, 3 garbage bags for a family of 5, stairs were icy at night I would have salt myself if there were salt left. We left early.

Very comfy condo

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The area was quiet and close to blue mountain.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Nice clean place with everything you need.

The place was clean and comfy. Good showers with good hot water. Plenty of towels. Internet was good. TV had rogers TV so good things to watch.

We couldn't have a coffee. The coffee maker was broken when we got there.

Don't book this place

It was clean The beds were comfortable

Paper thin walls - hear neighbour's snoring and fussy children throughout the night Pillows were flat and limp No tissue No trap in the kitchen sink - huge waste of water doing dishes by hand. We didn't have enough dishes for a full load. This was my second visit to this resort. I'll NEVER come again. Way too much money for substandard accommodations

it was a nice place. comfy beds. small kitchen. smaller balcony. ski in ski out

the drains in bathroom didn’t drain properly. very slow drain. no baking sheet. Not very plates and cups so bring your own if needed.

The room very clean cozy and comfortable. The facilities are available and very good. We stayed for 1 day only. We enjoyed the stay.

The wifi is not available. It's connected but no speed and gets disconnected frequently. If you want to stay for longer period then wifi is biggest issue. Other things are exceptionally good.

Easy entry

The email was never returned about getting a shuttle pass. 2 guests and only 2 towels and 1 hand towel to use. Not sufficient. No toilet paper other than what was on the roll. Nothing under cabinets to replenish. Not a full set of dishes or glasses. No tea towel to dry the dishes. The unit was nicely decorated and modern however the walls, baseboards and showers are very dirty and chipped paint. Lots of cobwebs and dirty windows. $80 cleaning fee is more of a money grab.

Likely would never rent here again bc of all the issues vs high cost of rental, missing internet

Location was private. Beds ok. Hot water good.

Stairs were not clean, carpet corners full of dust. Bathroom ceiling lower level black mold on ceiling. Very limited kitchen items for cooking. Owner should have list of items available so guests know they need to buy or bring things to cook with. Apt presents well but after being there a few hrs notice all the baseboards are chipped, damage in living room ceiling etc. This apt needs a fresh paint and a full steam clean. The private unit deck is uneven and missing chunks of wood that has rotted away. Deck should be swept between rentals to save damage as I can tell pine needles have built up with water and created the damage. The front deck aka entrance has been updated and replaced but the private deck has not been repaired or replaced in a long time. As well 1st night I was awake all night bc neighbors were blasting music well past 11pm quiet time cut off. There was no dedicated internet source for this unit either, had to use my own data, as there were no open networks and no in unit internet instructions. For the money feel I paid premium for a not premium rental. I rent places for work/medical related travel, often, and this was the most expensive vs least maintained unit I've stayed in in awhile Bonus: staff I dealt with via txt while trying to get the correct information to check in were rude and "manspoke" to me about information I didn't have. That's why I was asking for it :) I also asked to speak via txt to accommodate my disability and was told I MUST ONLY CALL. I stopped communicating with the rep after he was so rude and it certainly didnt make me want to ever rent from this "true blue rentals" ever again.
