Not what I expected

There was a kitchen

Confusing to find building, room wasn’t ready until after 5pm, stains on bed sheets as well as a giant hair ball in one of the pillows… dishwasher was going when we arrived after 5 so I had to put the dishes away. Also the smell of deep fired fish was very present the entire stay.

Pleasant place, nice staff.

The pool and games room were pretty nice, the room was comfortable, clean and tidy.

We got an hour before the check in time and they said our unit would only be ready at the proper time. We went for a walk in town and we were back at the check in time and it wasn't ready yet. It took 40 minutes to have the unit ready for us. We ended up waiting inside the games room, but it was quite upseting having to wait as we were with small children and elderly people that were tired from the long trip. The receptionist was helpful but they didn't offer any compensation for that delay. Anything extra like bathing robes and cribs have to be paid apart.

Would stay again. Kids love the pool.

The room we stayed in was great having two bathrooms and two bedrooms along with a large kitchen. Our young kids loved the pool area.

We didn’t like the multiple complex’s and the fact we had to walk outside to another complex to get to the pool. Another issue was the above parking was not explained well.

The staff, it was clean but mostly the staff was amazing.

The A/C didn't do much for the room and the hallway and elevators were hot.

facilities are clean. pool and hot tub lots of fun. indoor outdoor hot tub nice. Dog friendly is awesome.

love the place, but heaters need maintenance so are not so noisy

modern, nicely decorated, lots of space for the 4 of us. great view of the mountains

heaters popped and banged all night so difficult to sleep

That the pool was in another building, during winter not fun getting out at the cold to go to your room. The bed was uncomfortable and the room was really hot

Disappointing.

Location was good.

Lots of noise especially in the middle of the night. Bed was lumpy.The only view we had was 2 big dumpsters. Staff not friendly.

It was an enjoyable weekend in this unit.

Size was good. Had everything we needed. It was quiet. We liked it was dog friendly.

Parking was a pain to find and far away.

Not worth the money

Convenient to main stores.

Extra costs: extra pet fee, resort fee and threat of fee if you did not place towels in tub and start dishwasher. No instructions on how to use items such as television. Check in time is 5 pm and check out is 10 am , so you are allowed to be there for a shorter period than most places.

The condos were very nice and had everything we needed. Also the fact that it is pet friendly is a bonus even though we didn't take advantage of it this time.

We had been promised a late check out via messaging on booking.com with the hotel, but when the morning of check out we were tod we had to leave early. When I called to confirm the late check out, the person on and line was a bit rude and told me that they do not allow late check outs and asked who gave us the permission. When I read the message from the app to her she still proceeded to tell us we had to leave early. Upon leaving, cleaning staff were stood outside the door waiting to get in.

Good value, good location.

The location was great, just a short walk into the centre of town. Spacious apartment adequately furnished. We found that the parking was adequate and we were always able to find a parking spot. Access to the larger hotel facilities (pool/gym) was a bonus.

On arrival the was a notice saying the washing machine was broken and so we were unable to use it. No alternative was offered. The pull out sofa bed was not the most comfortable. We resorted to putting the mattress on to the floor.

Very good

Spacious studio with everything you'd need. Nicely decorated, furniture all in good condition. Easy walk to town, very easy access to Highway 1. Town in an idyllic setting and well presented.

Finding reception when we arrived - more signage would have been useful.
