The breakfast was a disappointment. We were there in April 2023, and the breakfast was much better. Missing items and empty items on the bar.
Waiters were very good, but not enough help. Waiters were almost running trying to keep up.
See answer above.

Beautiful property, amazing drinks, close to everything and happy to not have had to rent a car.

I liked the pool, view, and activities nearby the hotel. The service was outstanding and the food was amazing. I will definitely be coming back for another stay soon. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking to plan for a vacation soon.
There was nothing I really didn't like about our stay. The only thing I didn't enjoy was having to leave and come back home! Keep up the good work guys and I really hope to see you all again soon.

Amoblamiento antiguo, desgastado y roto.

The location
Our room was above delivery area lots of truck
Noise especially early in the morning

Todas as cadeiras de piscina ficavam com toalhas sem hóspedes desde as 7AM, impedindo o uso dos demais. Não tinha regras para o uso.

The rooms were nice, my family of 4 didn't feel squeezed. The pools were great, my teen boys especially enjoyed the adventure pool; those slides are fun! The grounds were very nice, overlooking the ocean. I liked the use of green space, as opposed to neighboring resorts that seem more densely packed. And despite being a guy that likes to research and book things myself, I found the concierge was very helpful.
They could use another family-friendly hot tub or two, the two near the infinity pool get a bit full. And the cost of the breakfast buffet is rather extravagant, but there are alternatives (on-site Starbucks, restaurants in The Shops next door, etc).

Beautiful location, exceptional maintenance on landscaping.
Horribly expensive main restaurant. Not enough less expensive items on any menu.

Pool staff and employee was rude

The hotel staff are not well trained, waited 20 minutes everyday to be seated for breakfast, hair in the food. Bathroom venst where extremely dirty. Staff just ignore what we request. Not worth the amount asked for.

Room beautiful and boasted a view! It became a refude for one night when the road was closed due to the Lahaina fire. Wailea Beach staff were very accomodating and helped us with lodging for one night. We were very grateful.

The location is good with a nice view of the ocean . 6 pools so it was never crowded .
There were constructions working under our window starts at 7 am every day . I know you suppose to be awake to enjoy the island at this time but it was annoying .

Beach front location with stunning sunsets
Resort activities not always easy to book on the guest site . Had to make a trip over to the concierge a few times .

Amazing pools overlooking the ocean. Having to poolside bar was great as well. Good atmosphere.
The partial ocean view isn’t much of a view so either upgrade to full ocean view and spend the money or if you traveling on a bit more of a budget forget the partial ocean view. Main restaurant is ok for dinner but better options on the island. That being said the breakfast buffet is entirely worth it.

Beautiful property in prime location on Maui. We were two minutes from the Shops at Wailea, nearly on the waterfront with easy access to beach. The serenity pool was awesome with incredible view of ocean. The staff at this resort were all amazing. Incredibly friendly, accommodating, and very professional. The Luau was absolutely amazing!! I’ve decided I will only stay at this resort when I travel to Maui.
Not the resort’s fault, but very expensive. A Mai Tai at this resort is double what it would cost at a local bar. Same with pretty much all good and drink ordered at this resort.

The resort is located in a beautiful spot, the view from the lobby and for the adults pool is stunning. Also it is just a quick drive away from Kihei, which offers a lot of restaurant options.
Our bedroom was quite spacious and we liked the fact that the hotel had an adults only pool.
Our bedroom even if spacious was quite noisy, you could hear everything that was going on in the corridor and also on the bedroom above ours.
Breakfast experience was not enjoyable, the food was average and you always have to wait 15/20min to be seated. If you were seated in the balcony you had not only to constantly watch out for bird poop, but also eat surrounded by bird poop stains everywhere. For a hotel this expensive, they could clean the bird poop stains a bit more often.
If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar, they will serve you your sparkling wine in a plastic glass, which again seems a bit out of place for a hotel like this.
Last but not least, and also considering how much you pay to stay in this resort, we found a bit ridiculous that you still have to pay for parking while you are there.

View
Our room was under the restaurant and it sounded like they were moving furniture obove our heads starting at 6am. They did eventually discount the room for us, so that was decent customer service.

The location
No elevators in the Halles and long walks to get to the lobby, but could get a ride on the golf cart

The room was a great size. It overlooked one of the children's pools but the noise wasn't disturbing. Loved that there was a Nespresso machine. Nice grounds and great views out to sea.
Everything closes so early. Not sure what you're supposed to do after 8pm. We went to another resort hotel that had bars and restaurants open later. Should have researched better and picked another location. No concept of a lobby bar where you can relax and have a drink at any time.. You have to either sit in a restaurant that's open twice a day, or by a noisy pool, or go to a beach side hut where there is no shade.

beautiful property well maintained
some of the extra charges were a bit over the top

location, restaurant , closed to shopping, the walking path by the coastal line connecting a couple of nearby hotels.
the room amenities-there are basic amenities like coffee, shampoo and shower gel, don’t expect in-room sandal, spoon.
facilities within the hotel - you will have to book the cabana instead of first come first serve , some people just booked it and didn’t show up while we were there and can’t use it.

Location, Luau, Facilities
The room was not ready at the indicated check-in time, and the delivery of our luggage took so long that we ended up being late for the LUAU we scheduled for that first day.
