Friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, great value

The staff in the restaurant and bar were slow and inattentive, our server spent more time visiting with acquaintances than doing her job, we eventually had to go and request menus in order to get any service and the food quality was only fair.

short staffed and only had one towel in room when checked in, called the front office and they didn’t have anymore to give

Location was perfect. Having a bar and restaurant in the hotel was convenient. Plus having the Stadium Bar across the street was also nice.

Rooms were on different floors.

no breakfast but the location is good.

I was charged double by the motel and was never reimbursed. I left a bag in my room and despite multiple calls, no answer on lost and found.

the pool was fun for the kids, clean on Friday not so much Saturday or Sunday. NEVER any clean pool towels. beds where comfortable as where the pillows. staff was friendly enough.

so, pool was clean Friday, not so much Saturday Sunday. never any clean pool towels. continually had to ask front desk for towels. we stayed Friday through Monday and did not have housekeeping clean our room once. again, continually had to ask for towels to shower. they are remodeling so it wasn’t the prettiest because of that but the lack of housekeeping was absurd. the no breakfast buffet was annoying as well. pay for your stay plus pay to eat in the restaurant was not my fav.
