Fair but not enough for I pay

Rooms are good, clean and comfortable

Pool was closed when asked for open, staff was angry to open. Then a lot of trash and cold water, and when I tried to get back doors blocked

Would stay here again

nice rooms,good breakfast

walls are very thin. could hear everything in the group in the next room. luckily that got quiet about 10pm

Everything would have been wonderful if we could have had a decent, comfortable bed

very clean

the bed was horrible to sleep in. neither my husband or I could sleep due to the mattress being so hard. Even the mattress pad was so thin, you could not get any cushion from that. We were awake around three in the morning because our legs and backs hurt from the hard bed.

Major stress on what should have been a happy day.

The website said Pets Welcome, so we took our dog and when we got there, they said no pets. This was a problem because we were in town for a wedding and had no time to take dog home! I said call manager. End result, no manager, no exceptions and a wedding guest had to drive dog home and miss half of wedding. Also, we requested a handicapped room for disabled grandparent and it wasnt ready even though it was way past check in time. So disabled grandparent had to sit in lobby while they cleaned room.

Nice Location for getting around town

Location was very good. Our room was clean. Check-in staff were friendly. Appreciated the breakfast to-go bags when we had to leave early our second morning.

The bed was ok, but the pillows were hard. Breakfast was supposed to be from 6-10 a.m., but when we went down at 9 on our first morning, everything on my plate was cold and there was no milk and no coffee. Had to wait for staff to make more, which took about 20 minutes.

The room was unbelievably comfortable, the pool was even better, the staff were very courteous, understanding, friendly, appreciative.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Everything was amazing. I would recommend this location to everyone.

It is decent yet pricey

The breakfast was okay. I loved that the cook advised me about pork products. She cooked turkey sausage for me.

They didn't clean the room...then noticed a letter stating we had to request it 😞

Hilton Honors member, DISAPPOINTED

The large tv and breakfast was the highlight

That I was told the pool and hot tub were working as I specifically asked BEFORE booking and after a Hilton Honors rep refered me to the Hampton from the Hilton Garden! I traveled to this SECOND Hampton location 15 miles away thru toll roads after leaving the first location I had transferred from(the pool and hot tub where also out of order by Hobby) only to find out that the hot tub in deer park was ALSO not working and the "sign" had been up for weeks! I was told "The front desk girl was new" which after my efforts and travel was just very disappointing and made me feel unvalued as a customer!

Evacuated for Ida

Room was clean and comfy. Most of the staff was great! Breakfast was good.

I wasn’t able to get a receipt for our stay! I just stayed in another Hampton inn the day before and got a receipt for both days. Lady at front desk took forever! then after I told her the price wasn’t on the receipt she then took 2 more guest before she finished helping me. She really seemed as if she didn’t know what she was doing and should have asked for help!

Rooms are very old and bathroom door is not able to lock.. I had complained with help desk and they couldn’t fix that issue.. There is no USB charging ports hardly one I can find.. there is no ventilator fan in bathroom. I totally disappointed for this stay
