The rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location to our destination was really efficient and the people were super friendly there and the food was great in the morning everything was fantastic I recommend. Stay in here.

we where here on a family vacation to see the Winchester Mystery house and to go to California’s Great America. Even tho

The rooms and hotel was super clean. Very nice and up-to-date. The staff was awesome.

so all the windows in the hallway and the doors to the lobby remained open at all times when even the temperature drops below 40°. So the lobby where you had breakfast and the hallways were super cold almost uncomfortable.

Fair stay for one night.

We stayed because of a sports tourney at the convention center. we were in the disability “suite” which showed online that it had a sofa area along with one king bed. it only had a king and a wooden desk chair. I’m addition, since it was the disability suite it had a curbless shower…the water from the shower leaked into the main bathroom area…I’m not sure what kind of design that is but it was definitely a situation with a couple kids trying to shower. getting to the room was a bit odd since you have to go outside before you go in the elevator. The good: The bed was comfy and the place was very clean. I like that the AC unit could stay on all night for some white noise. The hot breakfast and cinnamon rolls were delicious!!!

I would stay with you again but I would request a room as far away from the highway as possible.

Breakfast was great and staff was very pleasant.

Room was way too noisy because I was right by the highway.

I had a reservation scheduled for Saturday to take my kids to Great America. in the morning I woke up to get ready to leave and had excruciating pain in my stomach. I had to take myself to the ER and after tests were run was told that I was having emergency surgery to have my gallbladder removed. within two hours I was under anesthesia and undergoing the process. I never had time to contact the property due to the circumstances so the following morning when I woke up from surgery I called them first thing to see if there was anything I could do to get a refund because they charge me the whole amount for the room. The lady I first spoke with was very nice and accommodating and said she would have the night auditor get back to me. no one has ever reached out and gotten a hold of me due to the status of the room I’ve only had third-party people telling me that they are not going to refund my room. I travel a lot and normally will stay at the Holiday Inn and suites but will never again moving forward. i’m a single mom with three kids and it’s really pathetic that a well named business couldn’t issue somebody a refund especially with the circumstances. I do not recommend holiday end and will never stay at one again moving forward with my traveling.
