A estadia foi muito boa, mas ficamos desapontados com o restaurante do hotel.

Instalações e por ser bem localizada, num lugar lindo e pertinho do Lift

Restaurante. Café da Manhã com poucas opções e qualidade da comida ruim. Menu do almoço e jantar bem fraco. Enfim, não dá para comer no restaurante do hotel. Lamentável

Has potential, but we will definitely not be returning.

Location

Toilet didn’t flush. Restaurant was horrible. The staff had no idea what they were doing. We were brought the wrong food and charged for items we didn’t order. The menu looks great but falls woefully short on delivery.

Great place but also very expensive with what appears to be extraneous fees.

Good breakfast and staff.

Need to hire more staff for the restaurant area. Wait times too long as existing staff are multitasking.

People are a ten. Beeakfast an 8. Property needs to be spruced up. That is a 5.

Location and staff were amazingly nice and helpful esp the front desk and the dining room.

Cinder block walls in rhe room A barn door for the bathroom that wasnt wode enough to cover the batbroom opening

Beautiful but bad quality sleep due to noisy heating.

Beautiful lobby, room was clean but small for the price. View on 3rd floor was of tress, which is better than looking at another building! We loved having a fire in the room but sadly it didn’t work. We loved having a breakfast buffet, although limited choice for dietary needs and no time to wait for a la carte. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The hot tub and pool was excellent!

Heating system very noisy so did not sleep well at all. Fire in room was not working. Shower curtain pole precariously glued onto tiles and fell off in the middle of the night. Breakfast buffet was a bit basic. (The buffet was the reason we chose a hotel over a condo. We have kids and like a quick access breakfast before a days skiing. Not enough healthy gluten/dairy free buffet options. Sometimes the potato and egg options were swimming in cheese/cream and potato gratin was very oily. My 8 year old daughter struggled with the hot and heavy cast iron lids burned her hand. The waiter was quick to give a cooling gel pack. Too long a walk to our room with tired kids and tired ski legs.

We had a great stay at this hotel. You could not get a better location to ski the Canyon.

Location perfect. ski valet free parking Hot tubs and gym

We were not very impressed with the restaurant. Make sure if times with the shuttle bus we were left stranded in town.

Good. Just super overpriced for 1 room with 2 queen beds.

For the price I was very underwhelmed. Will not pay 500 for a room for 1 night at a Hyatt ever again

Beyond my expectations!! Great location, great people!

Loved that they allowed pets! They even had a wall set up to take photos of pets that stay there!! Everyone provided exceptional service to my family and I!

Nothing too much. Wish that their menu was expanded and that they stayed open for dinner a bit longer than 2100, but that is just nit picking!

Good

Location was great! The hotel was beautiful and clean. It was quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The staff was phenomenal! friendly, courteous and helpful. We loved the complementary shuttle service.

The shower is in need of repair, it whistles while running. The thermostat could not adjust the temperature in the room and it was too warm and stuffy. We had to sleep with the sliding door slightly ajar to cool off the room. Those two items made the price of the room seem too steep.

It was supposed to be a ski in ski out location. The lift was closed so we had to be shuttled to a lift. We could have stayed at a much lesser expensive lodge and been shuttled ($900/night vs $300/night) We should have been told before making the reservation. They offered nothing to make up for it. Very disappointing!
