They have people living there and you can smell smoke in the non smoking rooms.

The room smelled of smoke and the tub drain was stopped up in room 118

The room was not ready for a guest it was being renovated and they had bed bugs .got my money back

Still waiting for my deposit to be returned too me also!

I never got breakfast during their breakfast hours it ran out in the morning and they did not replace it even though I paid for it on top of the room price!

I never even got a cup of coffee they had some lousy handwritten note saying no coffee today

Nothing good at all

Nothing - the property was dirty and not taken care of, it appeared that there were long term occupants.

as mentioned above and then to make things worse, when we tried to check in, we were told that they were overbooked and our reservation was cancelled without any prior notice.

Extremely disappointing, had to immediately go check back out due to the filth and unsafe environment

Absolutely nothing. I’m trying hard to think of one single positive thing, and I can’t. I have never experienced such a disgusting hotel!

Every single thing in the room was disgusting and filthy. Roaches ran when the lights were turned on, the smell of the halls and rooms was overwhelming and putrid, there were stains on all bedding and pillows, burns and rips in the bedding, graffiti all over the doors and bathroom mirror, broken glass on the wall painting, food and dirt all over the walls, trash on the floors, electrical open and hanging from the roof, people screaming and fighting in the parking lot, people smoking weed and drinking out in the open hallway with 3 large dogs roaming the hall- had to walk through this with 3 children. It was scary and disgusting

Terrible, felt very unsafe with all the activity in the parking lot, felt like I was in a drug market people Lottering around or sitting in vehicles and in the lobby and parking lot

By far the most disgusting place we have ever stayed

there is absolutely nothing good to say about this place

It reeked of cigarette smoke. It was filthy. There were no batteries in the smoke alarm. it did not proved the advertised breakfast

That place was a straight up crack den. The photos they used of the hotel on their page is outdated and looks nothing like that. False advertisment. Do not go here especially if you have young children to bring. Everything was dirty, stains, garbage, drug deals out front, we were even harassed by the people living there.

The roaches, the dirty floors, stained carpets, cigarette smell, prostitutes and drug deals in the parking lot, key didnt work on the door.

The room was bad I didn't end up staying. Had to sleep in my car they couldn't find a room for me . Requesting a refund back. I wouldn't recommend this place. Look more like a homeless shelter.

close location to freeway, bed was comfortable

they didn’t have my reservation and the other guest looked like they were causing nuisance. also the shower curtain didn’t close, the carpet was ripped, and the door had holes

A bad experience with poor communication.

Our stay was canceled due to water damage according to the front desk. They did not call or notify our group that we did not have a room until we showed up near midnight. Other accommodations were not an option

Not what expected

I liked that the bed is comfortable and it was really relaxing.

I didn't like that once you enter the room it had a weird odor to the point we had to spray our carpet with some carpet fresher to get the smell out as well as there being a big patch in the carpet. The wifi never worked during the three days that we were there even though we were told it was getting fixed. Prepare when night time come there is a lot of late-night traffic of people hanging in the parking lot. Check out was smooth but when I was gathering my family things i realized there was people who was squeezing and hopping the gates that was there I'm glad we made it the three day with no problem.
