Breakfast was great! Outfits room was filled with rusted lights and office chair was very old and rusty! I felt for the cost this was not worth my stay. Felt like a days in slightly updated . Overall I only needed one night.

Rust around the room on lights and faucet’s. No water pressure and not so comfortable bed. With the rust and a very used rusty office chair in the room brought the overall quality of my stay down

We booked a room for 5 adults and it only slept 4. we have an email confirmation showing this and we were told we should have known it didn’t sleep 5 adults by researching the room layout despite booking a room for 5. They had no other rooms available so we asked for a cot. They sent a crib. Since hat won’t work for a 21 year old they sent sheets so he could sleep on the floor. That night, my daughter in law got sick and unfortunately threw up on the bathroom floor. my husband and I were asleep so she went to the desk to ask for cleaner so she could clean the floor. The clerk told her he didn’t have any but she could purchase face wipes to clean it up with so did that that. The next morning I complained that really they don’t have cleaning supplies and she had to purchase wipes to clean it up. They refunded the money for the wipes. Overall not a good experience.

Great for a small family getaway, good location.

The location was fantastic and the staff was very attentive. the room itself was spacious.

The bathroom was poorly designed and the roll in shower left water all throughout the bathroom floor with no fan or ventilation. since we don’t get fresh towel service or housekeeping daily, the room was damp and we never had enough towels.

overall unpleasant experience.

didn’t receive water bottles being silver hilton honor member. there was no cleanup for heater done since longer time. I think we are the first one who were using the allotted hotel room. As when we started heater there was burning smell dispersed in the room and when complained about it to manager, he mentioned heater might not have used long time and for that reason it has that smell. have to live entire night with that condition. Rooms were small compared with other homewood suit hotels. Manager denied for 1 hr late courtesy checkout. so overall unpleasant experience.

Room was terrible. Smelt very strong of mildew, drawers made my clothes smell terrible. Woke up with a sore throat after one night that went away after I was out of there for 24 hours.

Amazing staff

We stayed in this establishment during Hurricane Ian when we evacuated the west coast. The staff was phenomenal given the circumstances. Very helpful to find solutions, compassionate, easy to work with - front desk, kitchen, housekeeping. Thank you so much.

great staff but would have perfect had they had the 4th floor AC working in the halls and the elevator was like a hotbox

Nice variety of items presented and breakfast bar was very clean.

Requested a complimentary toothbrush at the front desk since I forgot mine at home. Was advised that I would have to purchase one - absolutely ridiculous. Considering the cost of a night's stay this should definitely be an amenity offered to guests on an as needed basis. Such a small item and very disappointing 😞
