Location and cleanliness.
That there are no curtains or shades on our window.

The property was conveniently located to UMaine (destination) and we were able to bring our dog.
The bed was very old and uncomfortable, the heat was stuck on and it was super hot in the room .TV remote/tv did not work.
7.0
The closeness to the maine campus. Friendly atmosphere.
The pillows on the beds were too full. It produced stiff necks. Other than that, this place is a satisfactory for for our needs

Comfortable beds; good breakfast
8.0
The beds were super comfy, breakfast was great and staff was helpful!
Our bar fridge didn't work. We did let staff know. It wasn't a huge deal to us, but for others it might have been.
Our room wasn't straightened up on the second day, again not a huge deal. But we had some garbage that needed to be removed.

The inn was quiet and comfortable.
Loved the waffle machine.
Was able to check in late (after a concert).
Remote didn't work so I had to take it down to front desk to get new batteries. There were no extra batteries so the gentleman at the desk had to find some in another remote to use.
Breakfast area could be a little larger.

Price and room itself. Location
Bed wore out. Room 309. Issue with getting a toilet unplugged.

The hotel was clean and safe. The breakfast selections were good - but the breakfast room was cramped. The offerings included waffles, bagels, muffins and breakfast sandwiches.
The hotel is dated and doesn't offer any extra services - they have a huge area outside but very little places to sit. The wifi was TERRIBLE! I cannot believe they state that they are a conference hotel. Had to log in for work and what should have taken 15 minutes took an hour due to the poor service. The hotel is also right off the highway, if you're a light sleeper you will hear the traffic.

Freindly staff and very comfortable
Everything was good. All hotels pricey on concert weekend

Breakfast was OK. Would have liked some granola as a choice
Have stayed here several times before. My only compliant is that the coffee is so weak you can barely taste it.

Great location, great staff.
Breakfast was minimal. Musty odor in elevators.

It was clean, the decor was welcoming and fun!
8.0
Very pet friendly.
Very courteous and friendly staff.
Reasonable rates.
The beds were not comfortable, and they jiggled a lot. The mattresses were not firm.
The breakfast room is very small.
The inside bathroom door was half peeled off from water damage.
The sheers in the window were in tatters.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and I love the Maine feeling it gives. Our only issue was that the floor above us was very noisy because of the hardwood floor. The guests above us seemed to be pacing late into evening and actually woke us up from sleep! I nearly resorted to alerting the staff to address the noise, but thankfully it subsided. The staff was so friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.. I would just probably request the top floor. Thank you! 😊
