perfect for my one night stay

location was perfect for me. staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Room was very clean.

Property itself was a little run down/older building. Bed was very hard.

I'd passed through town before and hotel was perfect to check out Schenectady a bit more..

Location, overall room suitability

Could not use tub. Stuck in shower mode. I wanted a hot bath.

it was good enough for what I paid but would not stay there again

the room was comfortable and the staff were friendly

way too many shady characters staying/living there. seemed like there was a bit of drug dealing going down

my room was cold there was black hair on the side of the tub and I wasn’t in my room two minutes and some dude knocked o

was close too the hospital my boyfriend was at

there was some creepy guy walking around and the elevator smelled like a campfire

Very inconsiderate receptionist.

Nothing

I had a family emergency and was no longer able to go. The receptionist was not friendly on the phone and very unhelpful. We will never book this place and will be sure to inform other people to not book a room here.

Exceptional

When we arrived the gentlemen at the front desk was very friendly and professional. He gave us a complementary room upgrade. The staff was very nice. The rooms were clean. Definitely will be staying there again.

The only good thing was the proximity to where we had to go for the evening.

It was obviously a facility used to house homeless or similar situations. Clientele was less than desirable. Glad we were only staying one night. Took shower with flip flops on. Garbage had not been emptied from previous guests. Would not recommend. Room was adequate. I get the feeling they keep the top floor for guests. Elevator was ridiculously slow.

Didn't run into any major problems, about as good as expected.

Nice staff, room nicer than expected, walking distance to attractions.

Saw a cockroach on room door, could hear sirens from nearby police and ambulance station all night, area slightly sketchy.

the lobby was nice.

that is a run down hotel that charged 4 star hotels prices.

One and done. Staff was nice.

Free parking. Staff was nice.

Not clean - especially the entryway and carpets. Hallways have smells. Old but some updates. Wifi hardly works. Didn’t know soaps are made that small in China. Too many cigarette burns on the bed linens. Fridge was not clean. How in the world is this rated a 5.6 on booking.com? Over half the hotels in the area are worse? Omg

There were roaches and me and my friends got sick there from somthing in the room. I I'll not be staying there again. And way too over priced.

Very comfortable and quiet.

One of the staff members. Don’t know the employees name but when we asked him to come to our room to look at our tv “because we had a problem figuring it out” he came right away. Very nice and polite. We also enjoy the Jacuzzi.

Really exceeded what we expected. It was extremely quiet and comfortable. Parking was a plus!

Great room! Very good location for walking downtown!

Some parts of the neighborhood were sketchy.

The outside appearance was not a draw, but the room and facilities were very good.

Disheartening

Location ostensibly good but when returning to motel at 10:00 pm the lot was empty of cars (only 6) and all rooms were dark. All other motels in area were full and busy. Telling me to book the room because only 2 were left was a flat out lie

It was a place to lay my head at night and there is a Denny’s a block away.

The staff as very helpful.

The hotel was rather run down and there was no breakfast available.
