nothing i will not be back

the rooms where not clean there waws hair in the beds and in the shower. also there where no towels in either of my rooms and the front desk lady was very very rude when asked if they had any. i will not be back.

Location was very near my destination

Room smelled, rugs in hall smelled, housekeeping missed room 3 days, hot water for tea tasted bad and wasn't hot, no hand sanitizer in dispensers. Pool and hot tub greenish.

The breakfast and my room as well very peaceful.

The room was fine.

The towel rack is inside the shower. The waffle makers at breakfast need to be clean so to prevent the waffles from sticking.

when I checked in the lady at the counter was holding a one month old baby and couldn’t really do her work well with the baby in her arms.

It was dirty. Our room didn’t have towels or shampoo and soap or hair dryer and it smelled like someone was smoking on our floor. the room had no phone so I had to go back down to get towels. The new girl at the counter was not friendly at all, just said that they were next in line for phones. When I got back up to room I used the restroom and the toilet didn’t flush and the toilet tissue backed up. I AGAIN had to go down and requested to get moved to another room. The same girl didn’t even say anything or apologize she just with an attitude in her actions got a new key and said she needed me to immediately bring her back the other key . the other room was a little better but very uncomfortable because of the loud noise the ac / heating unit made throughout the night.

tascha the front desk lady was very kind.

tanya was very rude and harassed me. entered my room without consent while i was gone reported to be by another employee. made false accusations. my door was able to open from the front; major safety hazard which i have alll on video to show my attorney. no phones in room incase i needed to call 911 for emergency. no room number on my door incase police/fire/EMS needed to arrive for emergency purposes. contact me for videos.

Breakfast

There was no jacuzzi. Misrepresented on the website. Staff said it hadn't worked in over two years. Incredibly disappointed with no hot tub. That is primarily why we chose the hotel. Room had no phone, no washcloths, and no blow dryer. Bed was very uncomfortable. Front desk clerk on Sunday was very unfriendly.

Very friendly people to make stay a pleasant experience.

No dishes in room with kitchen . Didn't know I had to bring my own.
