Convenient to downtown Annapolis, clean, staff
Air conditioning unit was not good, room was humid. Beds are too hard, I have literal back and hip pain after sleeping there.

Location was good for our travels. The layout, with doors to the outside from various areas of the hotel made it easy to get to and from the hotel.
Our vehicle was covered in spots from water sprayed at deconstruction next to the hotel, That was a parking space we paid $9 a day for use. Also an exhaust fan in the bath would be useful in such a small area.

The room was clean and hotel looked nice.
The staff was rude. The fruit at the Cafe was rotten (seriously go out to breakfast it'd be cheaper and better quality) and when we tried to get a refund they charged us 2 more times, voided THOSE charges but never actually refunded as. Had to speak with the manager multiple times to get it sorted and refunded.

A beautifully refurbished mid range hotel with large comfortable communal lounge area - also limited outdoor seating - great for families
I am always puzzled by TV playing in communal areas but without sound or subtitles - why is this?? It’s pointless

Location to the Renn Fair
It’s the spirit airlines of hotels. Our first room the sliding door was broken. The staff moved us right away to a new room. That room the remote didn’t work well and the door to the bathroom was broken. About the spirit comment you guys are 30.00 cheaper than other hotels in the area but by the time you pay for breakfast and the WiFi why not just go down the road and pay 30.00 more and get better amenities.

We had to check out without spending the night because our toilet was stopped up and no one was on staff/site to repair it. We will call tomorrow to begin process of having our payment for the evening ($190.) refunded.
The desk clerk was apologetic but that was of little value as they were sold out and we could not be moved to another room..
See response above. We had to travel home after a very busy day and after 10pm. A very unsatisfactory commercial event.

There was no room service. Some of the hotel staff were rude.

Location was good. It was very quiet. The bed was amazing; so comfortable! I didn't want to get out of bed in the mornings.

Starbucks was nice in the hotel lobby but a bit expensive
The frig in the room was very tiny. If you are vacationing in the area and trying local meals you need a bigger frig for left overs.

Overall I really liked the room (minus the bathroom). It was comfortable and I liked the new decor.
The hotel was recently renovated and I liked it. The room was great. The bathrooms should have been redone. They are still old and gross and took away so much of the good. Bathrooms are very important. The pillows were awful.
The breakfast : There was one person trying to serve too many people. she was completely overwhelmed and stressed. I ordered the avocado toast and the hard boiled egg was GREEN and therefore inedible to me.
