The breakfast was good. Plenty of selection.

We were asked to take handicap room with no tub or stall shower. Bathroom smells like urine and the whole room hot and stinky. Everywhere you walk the carpet was sticky. It was across from the pool Area and gym so constantly people talking .

I would like the money back.

The two room suite was exceptional. The floor plan allowed for privacy. The kitchen was stocked well enough. The propane fireplace was very pleasurable.

There was really nothing not to like.

The size of the room was absolutely perfect- large bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen! The breakfast was clean with great options. All the staff was friendly and nice. Amazing location to get groceries or take out. Would absolutely stay again.

Wish the two bedrooms had two double beds instead of queen beds, that would be far more convenient for our family. Also the fax machine was broken and we needed to receive a fax.

I like it had an indoor pool and a grill

One of the staff members at reception was a bit shirty. The other ladies were lovely. The staff I encountered were very friendly.

The breakfast had a great selection and the hot dishes were tasty.

No maid service on 3 night stay. That was surprising.

Great Guest services staff and kitchen staff. The food was also horrible. They need to bring back traditional breakfast with variety. This was rather expensive for nothing.

Room cleaning costs extra.. Also the sofa bed was terrible. Very uncomfortable and only sleeps one.

Rooms were spacious, clean and bright. Nice kitchen setup and decor. Property was well kept and relaxing. Staff was accommodating and breakfast was DELICIOUS! LOVED the scones!!!

Price of rooms was a bit high!

very clean, spacious suites with room for all of us . no signs of wear and tear anywhere. beds extremely comfortable which almost never happens when we stay in hotels. great location - walk right into nice shopping center that has everything you need, even a little playground for kids. free breakfast was far above average with plenty to choose from. will definitely stay again next time I’m the area.

I like the location and the fact you can use the indoor pool and utilize the grill area.

I did not like the fact my room was cleaned every 2 days and I had to change my own sheets because they claim because of COVID they cant change the sheets or clean the room the next day which I thought was disgusting. Who wants to lay in the same sheets from the night before after you have showered. And I am on vacation, why do I have to change my own sheets while I am in a hotel. I was extremely upset and unhappy about this.
