full kitchen, it felt like an apt but was a hotel. Many places in walking area.
The bed skirt was missed and there was a foul acidic pee smell by the bed. I had to sleep sideways with the patio door wide open. The screen lock was broken. Interrupted sleep. The air vents were dirty. Could use some cleaning. People who bring their pets need to understand that animals need to pee to. Empty out their bladders and pick up their poop. You are not the only one who stays in hotels. Respect others property as if it was you own.

Convenient location for our event.
The room smelled musty.

The best part is the fresh coffee and good breakfast.

A maintenance employee came in the evening to fix our television. Not only was he available at a time we thought he would not be, but he did everything he could to fix it until the problem was remedied. The employee who oversaw the breakfast area was quite diligent. The bed was very comfortable! Thanks Residence Inn for a great stay! We'll be back!

The proximity to other restaurants and the mall.
The outer area of the facilities were not clean. There were spider webs everywhere and outside of my room. Consequently there were spiders inside the room as well. I changed rooms three times before finding one I could tolerate. The location needs to be renovated.

The room was beautiful. It was a king suite with full kitchen. It had a living room area, a huge tv and the bathroom was a sanctuary with a cute vanity area to put my makeup on. It also had a full body mirror that I used to make sure my outfit was on point before heading to my work conference. I highly recommend this hotel. I can’t wait to come back.
The circle parking lot is a pain in the booty.

Ideal location, close to just about anything we could want. Room was larger and more impressive than anticipated. It was clean and super comfortable. Quiet and private. Felt safe and slightly pampered. Plenty of parking.
I guess, if I had to come up with a constructive criticism, it would be to have designated outdoor smoking areas, so that non-smokers could use outdoor space without having to encounter the smoke.

It could last 1 hr more. Provide more sweet rolls, donuts for coffee drinkers. More fruit other than bananas. More types of breakfast breads like variety of bagels with couple choices of cream cheese, English muffins, tortillas, etc.
The parking is too compact. For a hotel that large, parking should be expanded. Pool should be cleaned more often. There was always a Shortage of towels. Pool hrs should be extended at least an hour longer.

The staff is professional and nice.
The furniture is worn and the decor is nothing like in the pictures. There was a huge fight outside at 4 am and the front desk said they’d send security. The fight went on for over an hour with multiple people. It was loud and scary.

The location was very close to the state fair, and the fridge had an ice maker.
It was not very clean. There was hair in the tub, and in the drain, we had to do tyme water would drain. The toilet was dirty.
There was a large cockroach we couldn’t catch to dispose of.
They added charges after we left.

It was an exquisite layout. Gave more of luxury apt complex more than a hotel. The price and value was excellent as well. Will stay again!!

Old paper towels, need extra trash cans

EXCELLENT SERVICE from the lady who prepared the food. She walked around cleaning and picking up constantly. She made sure everything was restocked...
For a family of 5, this was great because there were enough food choices for everyone.
The Beads are comfortable and the room was a decent size for a family of 5 (kids 10,8,3)
The room smelled clean, but didn't look the cleanest. The sofa had many large noticeable stains, I put a sheet over it, so the kids would sit. One of the queen beds was broken from the base so you sunk in the middle. I didn't complain because it was an upgrade from what I had originally paid for. (1 queen bed 1 sofa bed) so we made the kids sleep on that bed and my husband and I got the good bed. Other than those 2 items, everything was great.

a lot of deferred maintenance in the unit. broken shower walls, grout lines on floors in bathroom is a mess. TV, lighting and paint is outdated. couch is uncomfortable.
