The suite was cozy. The kitchen & all things included were very useful & the bed was comfortable. Extra linen for the pull out bed was helpful. Breakfast was good & being able to charge needed items to room account was convenient as we don't always carry cash. Staff was always available & friendly. We appreciated the security presence when coming back late for the night. Easy to extend our stay.
The pull out bed mattress was a bit flat & lumpy.

The staff was everything that I expect from a high quality Towne Place suites. Marriott and the owner should be proud.
Breakfast was not what I expected. 1. It was not ready at the posted time. 2. The eggs were like plastic. 3. I don’t know where the sausage came from, or what it was made from!?! But is was not good.

comfortable suite that worked well for a couple plus a friend staying together. It was not as luxurious as a hotel but was nice to have a living room and a table. We did not need the amenities of the kitchen but this would be nice for an extended stay.

Comfortable mattress. Offered a 2-bedroom suite with kitchen. Good water pressure. Staff was friendly.
Hadn’t been properly cleaned (found used face mask under one of the beds, dust on headboard, toilet was not cleaned properly, and hairs in shower and bed).
Also couldn’t get quarters for the laundry room and the machines wouldn’t take cards.

I like everything specially that it’s an apartment like room with bedrooms. Looking forward on staying there again.

The AC didn't through out cold air and the room never got cool. The bathtub drain was clogged water took forever to drain. I booked the room online which gave me one price but when I got there it was 40 dollars more then the price I was told online so I paid $650.00 for the room which I feel was way to much considering the problems I had in there

The staff was very polite, the room was large and clean. We loved how quiet the hotel was.
The breakfast left much to be desired. There were 2 of us (which the concierge did ask for how many she would be packing the bag for)but we only received one breakfast sandwich and we weren't given a choice between the burrito or sandwich. I know because of COVID the breakfast looks a little different than it usually would, so it wasn't a huge deal, but would have been nice to both have had something to eat. Also, the coffee maker in the room had a chip on the bottom of it, so it flooded the counter and then we did not have coffee. That seems like something that shouldn't have gone unnoticed when the room was cleaned before our stay.

Great location.
We loved the larger, 2 bedroom suite. However, the price didn't match the accommodations. We could have and next time will book 2 adjoining rooms at another hotel for a lesser price.
The check in process was slow, because our room wasn't yet cleaned (after 3:30 in the afternoon).
