Nice but should be cleaner

Nice kitchen and pool area, room was modern, functional kitchen, comfy king size bed. Nice to have lots of mirrors and a fireplace.

I had to buy lysol wipes to clean the room myself it needed it! Ants in the bathroom, cigarette butts all around the ground and never once saw room service for clean sheets and towels.

Stay Somewhere Else!

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly and kept my bags because the room was not ready for check-in...that was the highlight of my stay.

This room should have been free for the condition it was in, but I paid over $700 for it...absolutely ridiculous! The room was dingy, dirty, not serviced well. There are exposed nails and metal sticking up and ripped my sock the first night, so I had to watch where I stepped the rest of my stay. The maintenance men (two people, but awkwardly, only one would show his face) would not leave me alone so I could work, even though I expressed that I was working and asked if they could come back. The second time they came back they mentioned something about a gas leak to each other, but didn't say anything to me about this, just opened a locked closet door, did something, and then left. Between days, the room wasn't made up, which as you can tell cleanliness doesn't seem like a priority...it seemed like they were doing me a favor by letting me stay in their crappy motel. I won't be staying here again, terrible for the cost!

Disappointing

Large room with kitchen. Staff was lovely.

Very dated and many worn out parts. Cabinet and drawer could not close, cabinet colors were different, couch was filthy on arms, drawer cracked, tape hanging from bathroom pipes and refrigerator worn. Worst of all spiders coming thru cracks in ceiling.

Run down and not accurately pictured, wouldn’t stay again under any circumstance.

Beds were comfortable, the room was clean

We were expecting our one bedroom loft to actually have a bedroom. Everything was open and there was no privacy. This was not how the room was described. The property was generally run down.

Great stay at the property that left a bitter taste!!

The property was situated in a quiet part of the city. The room was neat and modern

While checking in, I was asked to present my credit card, I gave a different card from the one registered on Booking.com. On departure, I was shocked. to see that in addition to the full cost debited to my registered card, I was also charged another USD 390 on my other card presented at check in! All efforts to resolve have so far been negative and I cannot reach Booking.com customer service either!

out-dated apartment, rugs were stained and appeared dirty due to the many stains through the rugs. bathroom shower was out of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. all pumps were empty

Passable

We liked our room. Only problem was the toilet leaked. Awoke to some water on the floor.

The service was poor the first morning at breakfast. Employee sat talking with a friend. Had to ask for more food to be brought out. And hot water to be refilled.

Exceptional

Location, pool, clean rooms, friendly staff.

Could use upgrading. Ceiling and wall stains from leaking roof. Tub stains. Considered those minor. We had a wonderful time.

Great stop the night before hiking Mt Mansfield.

We really enjoyed the kitchen in the suite, the pool and jacuzzi

staff had openly been rude to my husband about the appearance if his face at the front desk when he went for assistance getting a new room key due to having locked our previous ones in the room by accident. tub didnt drain well.

Not ever staying there again!

The cleaning lady came to try and rectify my issues and she was very nice. She was professional and a very sweet person and did what she could to help. Also the location was convenient for our needs.

The hot tub was not hot, the water was not moving at all and it was DIRTY. The pool area was dirty and had slimy stuff on the side of the pool and garbage on the floor and visible dirt in the bottom of the pool just like with hot tub. The table in our room was wobbly, the toilet leaked, the fireplace was wood burning which you get charged for wood, the dishwasher smelled of mildew, the freezer had rust in it. And the people upstairs were extremely loud all day and night even after I called to complain multiple times. The front desk woman said she called them but it did no good and nothing was done about it. The parking spots were not plowed properly and dog poop and cigarette butts all over the ground outside the room. We paid 287.00 for 2 nights for work purposes and had a hard time sleeping because of the noise above us (kid running and jumping). When I checked in the woman who checked me in wasn't very pleasant. She didn't greet me or the person who was in front of me she acted like I was bothering her by checking in. I had called earlier that day also and she was the one who answered I asked if I could check in early by chance because of the weather and she was very snappy she allowed me to check in a little early but again I felt like I was a burden for asking. I have stayed at sonesta in NJ before and it was a wonderful experience. However I will NEVER EVER stay at the one in Williston vt AGAIN! It needs to be updated and needs repairs.

very close to sons house and convenient. Love the breakfast and the pool. Just a little surprised about the grounds main

we like the location and the layout of the property

very surprised at the trash and debris that was in the woods adjacent and also the actual grounds. dog pick up, overflowing and not emptied. I would think that someone should be doing property maintenance and have more of a presence to keep things tidy.

a lot if stress and waiting

lost my reservation and I spent an hour and a half waiting for a room, couldn’t get on Wi-Fi and then they tried to charge me way over my reservation price then couldn’t check me out at all!!

Comfortable relaxing

Quiet and accommodated us with handicap room at last min request. Staff was very nice. Rooms were great and affordable for the area with my filtered requests of breakfast and indoor pool. I chose to stay at hotel 2 additional days prior to this booking.

Rooms were great and affordable for the area with my filtered requests of breakfast and indoor pool. Given my choice...I ended staying for 4 total days. I did not have a desire to eat breakfast at the hotel after the first day..it was that unsatisfactory. Example..bagels even with no cream cheese. I would have rather spent more money at another hotel just so I did not have to leave the hotel for breakfast.
