Horrible stay !!!

Location was the only positive part of our stay!!

First was put in the wrong room, clerk had to find us a room, it was Booked thru Booking.com. Upon finally getting to the room, it was dirty and we did most cleaning ourself, ask for Housekeeping to come clean the Bathroom and vacuum!!! Too many things wrong to mention, and was charged 3 different charges, which Homewood offices are trying to get deleted and correct charge made. It has been a nitemare experience from the Check-in !!!! Pool was dirty also. Had to ask for towels/trash to be taken.

close to the interstate

housekeeping needs improvement. elevator had a sticky spill that stayed for over a day, and a cigarette butt. pool is leaking so the ground and the parking lot has standing water. phone in room didn’t work at all. dishwasher in room full of dirty (?) dishes upon check in. multiple areas in the common halls where the ceiling panels had been removed and not replaced showing exposed pipes and wiring. food was not good at breakfast (but yes, it was included).

Completely disappointed, highly agitated, uncomfortable

I liked location and size of room.

EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING WAS BROKEN ALMOST EVERY ENTRY DOOR WAS BROKEN OR OUT OF ORDER FELT VERY UNSAFE AND INCONVENIENT.CEILING FALLING IN.FIRE DETECTORS HANGING DOWN FROM CEILING FILTHY THOUGH OUT. LEAKING CEILING EVERYWHERE.I FELL IN SHOWER CAUSE GRAB BAR WAS BROKEN AND I WAS NOT AWARE. I HAD KITCHEN WITH NO UTENSILS CRUMBS EVERYWHERE STICKY GRIMEY CARPET AND FURNITURE, DIRTY FOOTPRINTS IN SHOWER,ECT.. HAD TO GO BUY EVERYTHING AND CLEAN THE ROOM THE BEST I COULD WITH MY OWN CLEANING SUPPLIES.(THEY HAVE LIMITED STAFF) POOL AND OUTSIDE FACILITIES WERE DISGUSTING AS WELL.EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO USE WE HAD TO SCRUB DOWN FIRST. YOU SHOULD NOT PROMOTE THIS HOTEL!

The pool was closed but was advertised as if it was pool has been down for months, only 1 functioning door after hrs that was not main entrance, if no one was at the front desk after hours then you’re locked out unless you walk far to the back to the 1 functioning door

a good fit for us for a 4 night stay

convenient, good parking, very quiet, nice size room with kitchen amenities provided

Hallways and workout room didn’t have AC on. The emergency door nearest our room wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed during our stay.

My room was not ready at check in 3:30pm? return to room at 12:30am room still not CLEAN??????? Night Manager clean a room for me got to bed at 1:45am?????

It wasn’t great, room was dirty, and staff was rude

I arrived at 2:55 and the room still wasn’t ready. I was about to leave and all of a sudden a room opened up as I was walking out. The floors were sticky, and when taking a shower black was coming off the bottom of my feet from how dirty the floors were. I pulled out the mattress and the mattress itself smelt like dog, a really strong odor. The lady at the front did bring a mattress, but let me tell you she was EXTREMELY rude. She threw the mattress down aggressively and it hit the table and the table moved atleast 2 feet. Her whole demeanor was just very rude and I felt uncomfortable, she didn’t say one word, just slamming the mattresses around. I would never stay here again.

Railing in elevator would fall off if touched, safety bar in shower was not secure.

Breakfast was average.

Twice while eating, people walked through with animals, was not aware the hotel was pet friendly. This trip was an emergency, future booking will be done differently.

The front desk staff did not give us the room we reserved. We reserved two queen beds they gave us a King bed. Also the door wouldn't lock so we had to put chairs by the door so we could hear someone if they tried to enter. They fixed the lock the next morning but they still hesitated to give us two queen beds until I explained that my husband had PTSD and we really needed two beds. I shouldn't have had to explain to strangers why I needed the two beds that I reserved in the first place.

HORRIBLE!!!!!

When you have to explain to total strangers at the front desk why you need two queen beds that you booked instead of the king room that they gave you because your husband is a disabled veteran with PTSD and they had no intention of giving us until we told them the problem even though we booked two queen beds, there is a problem. It was non of there business why we booked two queen beds. we should have gotten what we reserved. they were confirmed. I blame Booking.com and Hilton, but most of all i blaimn Hilton. What kind of hotel are they running.

The final room had a bathtub as advertised

The night desk clerk was rude. She miskeyed our room and would not accept responsibility for the error. After being tired from a long drive we had to park in the rear of the hotel. After unloading the cart the key would not open the outside door. She told us we turned the handle the wrong way. When I told her the key card wouldn't work she informed me I must have deleted the strip when I carried the card near my phone. When I told her it was no where near my phone she ignored me. I had to ask her to rekey the card. When we got to our room it was not what we had booked. We returned to the desk and she said it was her Supervisor's fault and that she couldn't see if the rooms had tubs or showers. We specifically booked two queens and a bathtub. She did offer to show us another room to see if it had a tub. She told us there were no rooms with two queens available. We checked the room offered for a tub, so we accepted it. The leather on the chairs had all flaked off and the handicap bar for the tub was half detached from the wall causing a safety hazard. We reported all this to the supervisor upon check out. By far the worst customer service and room ever encountered at a Hilton property. For the price it was an awful experience.
