I wouldn’t stay in comfort inn again

The breakfast was great

The room, found a sandwich left in night table and a pair of socks under the bed that our dog found!

It was a perfect stopping spot, with a great location and comfortable beds.

The location was great, just off the I5. The staff was amazing. Their wite was off line and the front desk was so friendly and nice. The breakfast was wonderful, very well stocked and many items.

Everything was nice in the hotel. When we arrived their was a man outside looking in cars and looking for cigarettes. Other than that it was good.

Okay for one night

It was pretty clean. Room and bathroom was pretty spacious. They also had a pool and fitness center. A few restaurants in the near by area. Free parking.

Expensive for the type of hotel it is. Breakfast was inedible - an assortment of low quality cheap foods like breakfast sandwich, eggs, breads, juices, yogurt and waffle. This isn’t a fancy hotel but the food was nasty and I’m not a picky eater.

Check in process was very pleasant but the room was full of mold and was very disappointing.

The staff that greeted us around 10pm on June 15th was wonderful. Very sweet, greeting and checked us in with a smile and very welcoming. By far the best thing about our stay. Very impressed with the receptionist.

Our room was full of mildew/mold and gave me and my son asthma. It was so stinky and hard to breathe. The bathroom fan was broken and you could also see a lot of mold in areas of the bathroom

Clean rooms and convenient location.

The rooms were clean and I couldn't hear the noise from the I-5 interstate. The staff was friendly and helpful. Many services within walking distance.

I am sad to report that I was unable to enjoy the quality breakfast items because they were locked.

Juice was good, coffee creamer was a bonus, small cereal boxes were cute.

Breakfast closed far too early for us to enjoy. We had coffee and expired pastries.

you guys having problem with third party companies than don’t throw the problem to customers. already book the room and received the confirmation number, when I arrive told me it was already full at noon, than why the reservation was opened? don’t you feel bad to the people who drive long time and arrive hotel can’t rest? discuss with manager and owner to solve this really not big problem, and I didn’t stay withy you guys the night so please give me the refund please thanks!

Loved it would stay again or next time through Yreka

Room was very clean air conditioner worked great specially since it was 110 outside

The breakfast area was way too small there was too many people in there you couldn’t get to anything they crammed everybody in this tiny tiny room

disappointing

sketchy people staying. First room stained carpet, broken lamp shade, broken curtain. Keys stopped working for entire Inn. My smoke detector's battery was low so started chirping. They didn't know how to replace batteries so they took it out of my room. They also couldn't get my check out day right. On second full day when notice was under door, I took it as a sign it was time to leave. They charged me $20 more for that second day. Not my bookings rate.

I think it housed homeless people and some scary meth people where hanging out around the hotel. As a single traveler, I was not feeling safe. I would never stay there again.

Was very disappointed in the property not a good value.

Check in was pleasant staff person was friendly and cheerful. The bed was reasonably comfortable.

Was told someone was at front desk 24hrs a day and available if needed yet when we went to check out at 6:15am someone in the hall told us the lobby was closed and we had to use the side door to leave. Room was cramped, dingy, and dated. We paid the same rate as we paid for the Hampton in Oregon and the value doesn’t even begin to compare. The Hampton is far superior to this property. This property will put us off from choosing the Comfort Inn in the future. We trusted the name but this property does not deliver.

You get what you pay for.

The beds were comfy and it is easy to get to from the I-5.

Our room had a smart tv that didn’t even work. None of the channels worked. The police were outside the building questioning people walking to their cars (us included) because staff called about an alleged fight in the parking lot. Room was dirty and the carpet was sticky, so leave your shoes on. No water pressure in the shower. The entire property was no smoking except in one area outside, yet the entire place smelled like old cigarettes.
