The office people are wonderful, wonderful, knowledgeable and very helpful. The jacuzzi in the bedroom. The fireplace in the living room.
Plus there’s a lot of things that you can do on their property.
There was nothing that I didn’t like

Nice relaxing set up of the mini suite. Whirlpool tub was great
Check out time 10 a.m. too early

No breakfast. Location fine!
Bedding. Need new pillows. Had no hot water morning if checkout! Told front desk only asked if we had called maintenance?
Said no, no time had to check our! No apologies nothing!!!!!

The unit was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the fireplace and whirlpool tub. The location is good and close to downtown and lots of restaurants. (just 5 min drive or 30 min walk)
The kitchen had no oven. It just had a small portable stove (unlike other Innseason resorts that we've stayed in).
The unit had really thin walls and we could hear our not so friendly neighbors arguments and fights all day long.

Not far from the Ogunquit and still close to another beach footbridge). Spacious rooms. Friendly staff.
That the pool is indoors which is too bad. The AC unit is pretty loud. Checkout is too early (should be at least at 11)

Could use update. A bit dated and tired looking.

Nice Large Room, Great spa tub
The mattress and box spring were out of the bed frame which wasn't fully together, liquor bottle under the bed, and the bed was as hard as a rock. There was hair floating in the spa tub as we filled it. HATED the fact that they forwarded my contact information to a timeshare company!!!!!

Great location. Ample space in the room. Attentive staff.

The in room jacuzzi could have had non skid applications on the bottom of the tub to make it less slippery for older people.

Clean room.
Great large deep hot tub, plenty of hot water.
Close to footbridge beach (north Ogunquit beach).
You have to get on your hands and knees to find the fireplace switch hidden behind a panel near the floor.
Loud outside music from restaurant across the street. Ran the AC on fan so that we could sleep.

Loved the whirlpool tub!
Family with 3 young children next to us. Noisy

It was very clean and well kept. I didn’t make my usual observations of things needing some attention or repair.
We were in the building next to Antonia’s, which meant hearing their employees vehicles start (loudly) at 11 or 12 at night, and the trash truck very early Monday morning. Thin walls or windows, or extra noise coming in through the air conditioner. Didn’t get the best sleep.

Fireplace was a bit disappointing.
I know that they are working on it, but a general updating might make it feel less drab

Everything about this stay was exceptional. The suite had everything we could possibly need and staff were very helpful when additional towels were needed, etc. Lovely to sit on the couch with the electric fireplace going. The tub was, by far, the best part. Comfortably fit two people and we were able to soak while watching a movie. The ability to dim the lights over the tub was a nice touch, as well. Quick drive to downtown Ogunquit and the beach.
I'm hard pressed to find fault with our stay. The only *tiny* issue is that there was only one bedside table. Minor inconvenience, given how exceptional the space was.

Wpuld be perfect if check out is 11am

The room was excellent quality. The jet tub and fireplace were great touches.
The checkin/checkout time wasn’t the greatest. Checkin was 4pm which is a little more understandable, but the 10am checkout felt rushed since the Inn didn’t serve a breakfast.
