Very good one night stay.

Decent breakfast with good choices. Dog friendly. Adjacent to a nice park for dogs and exercise. Quiet hotel, close to restaurants and easy access to the university and freeways.

Surprised by the dog fee, $50 for one medium sized dog seems excessive. Their charge is double the price Best Western hotels charge. Our room needed a few basic cosmetic repairs but the room was comfortable.

Superb

Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Good breakfast and coffee.

The bed was as hard as a rock and there was a live cricket hopping around in our shower.

Our children enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Very clean.

The ac unit would make loud & high-pitched squealing noises every hour, on the hour which woke us up every hour throughout the night. The bathroom towels had unpleasant/mildew odors.

Very good

I liked the friendly staff, the large room, the mini kitchen, and the ceiling fan.

I didn't like that the bedsheets seemed to be reused. They looked slept on when I turned the bed back. Also, I thought the mattress was bad initially, but it was the bedsheets. They.came off of the mattress while we were sleeping and bunched up under us. Not cool. And, the shower floor was wavy. I thought I was going to fall through the floor. It snapped, crackled, and popped. Someone from management should stand in it and move around.

I liked the room because it was big

well let’s see my husband has no leg and they wouldn’t give us a handicap accessibl room they never brought us are shower chair people where running down the halls screaming all hours of the night and the pool would have been fine but there was a young couple in the pool doing nasty things if you caught my drift with my kids there so had to make them get out because that was nasty

We had a really nice and clean stay.

I love the layout of the rooms and the location

the style is a bit outdated… could have a more modern and bright appearance like the commons areas.

Not great, should have stayed somewhere else

The location was fine, it was near food places and shops like target and pharmacies.

It was dirty and smelled. I had to ask for clean sheets and towels, the sheets on the bed had hairs and the towels were dirty(they were poorly folded and when unfolded had makeup). When going to shower, the water would not fully go down the drain, so it would fill a few inches high. We were not able to shower, that was gross. There were dog hairs on the carpet and the hard floor, we did not have a pet with us(I’m assuming it was not vacuumed before we got there). The only reason we didn’t say anything, other than the towels, was that we had an over exhausted toddler that needed to go to bed.

At night couldn’t get anyone at desk to get us extra towels and no extra towels were at the pool..

Exceptional

Clean, spacious, friendly, decent breakfast.

Could hear people above us occasionally. The view from the room was kinda blocked. Could use more parking

Four good nights sleep in a comfortable hotel

Very nice hotel with big rooms, and large public spaces . It was very quiet. Great breakfast , plus lots of restaurants and some bars very close by that we walked to. A very nice place to stay.

Good, would return

I liked the little lake and park across from hotel within walking distance. Perfect place for family with little kids. Beds were comfy and room was spacious!

Pool water states its heated and def is not. We stayed in hot tube because pool was to cold.

the room needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom cleaned. the pool was freezing at 73 degrees. should be between 78 and 82. uncomfortable and not good for kids or older guests.
