Away from home in another neighborhood

Location friendly environment close to all restaurants

Nowhere to sit outside your room or somewhere to enjoy fresh air and the area with the parking lot nowhere to sit

The employees, residents, and location were convenient, helpful, and did not make me feel unsafe which has been an issue at other low cost motels for me before.

The floor was so dirty I felt like I was slipping around the room with my shoes on. Later I walked around briefly barefoot and the floor turned my feet black. There was tobacco sprinkled on the bathroom floor. And there was a massive clump of hair and gunk removed from the tub drain laying on the edge of the tub. There was also NO TRASH BIN in the room or any way to pick up all the garbage, let alone what a created while staying.

cancled 24 hours ahead of cancelation got charged 78 dollars

the room size was ok

no phone in room small tv and could not make it to my next 2 day reservation cause covid so i notified them over 24 hours ahead of time yet they still charged me a $78 dollar canselation fee.....thats a weekend price fir a night there.....i left room spotless and clean i cause no issues and there was so many empty rooms that me cancling did nothing .....strait up robbed

we didn't stay - we were prepared to stay in our car because this place was so disgusting.

NOTHING!!! This place is tucked behind a McDonald's and the perfect location for drug and prostitution. DON'T DO IT, DON'T BE TEMPTED BY THE CHEAP PRICE. It's dirty, disgusting, not worth .01cents.

EVERYTHING!! Dirty, disgusting, weekly rentals (not disclosed) have their crap all over the sidewalks. We decided to check out the room despite the exterior, gross!!! peeling paint, black mold.

STAY AWAY IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A CLEAN SAFE HOTEL

There was availability when all other places in the Williamsburg area were full. Check-in only took 10 minutes.

The sheets on the bed were filthy with blood and other stains as well as dirt. It didn't look like they had been replaced or washed for a week. There were no towels in the room since the towel rack was missing from the bathroom and I had to call the front desk to have them delivered. There was a stack of smelly trash at the bottom of the stairs of building D that I had to walk by to enter and exit the room. I didn't feel safe based on the looks of some of the other guests hanging out; I barricaded my door with some furniture in hopes it would at least slow down an intruder. I should have been suspicious when I noticed the 1" bullet proof plexiglass at the check-in desk. Honestly, it it hadn't been after 10:30 p.m. and I thought I had a chance to find a room somewhere else, I would have left.

Bed was comfortable

Room had a musty smell. Some had been in there and used the wash towels before me. Had people standing around out side asking for money and cigarettes. Could not get the tv to work
