Disappointed 😞

No bedding for pullout which we needed because there were 3 of us in a king room with pullout. The next morning we were told they have bedding for the pullouts but they cost $30 more. Outdoor hot tub was ice cold, indoor hot tub has no jets the front desk said someone would be there to fix it however other guests told us it had been like that for a few days at the least. I called them before I even booked the room I was told that there pools and hot tubs were all working. When my husband and son went to get breakfast they were told it was an additional fee for breakfast even cheap motels offer some breakfast choices free with the room and this place is one of the most expensive places in El Paso. We stayed here a few years ago breakfast was included and they also gave us a free happy hr drink the service and the hotel were both awesome now it has gone down hill big-time we were very disappointed 😞 won't be going back either!!!!

Would stay again

Close to the airport and places to eat. Staff was all very accommodating.

There was some construction noises in the morning from renovations but it wasn’t a bother most of the stay.

A place I will stay again if I come.

I like how close it was to the Airport and Base to see and greet my son. I like how secure I felt to sleep there. I like the cleanliness and friendly staff.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about it except how high the drinks are in three vending machines

Location was great and restaurant server was also very kind

Rooms were not what I expected sofa bed was small and no bedding. When asked For bedding and pillows for sofa got a sheet and blanket and was told No pillows were available.

Clean and comfortable room next to the airport for a good price!

I liked that it was a clean, comfortable room at a good price near the airport. The staff was very friendly and professional and the hotel had a restaurant and bar on premises and a nice pool.

I didn't like having only one night in El Paso.

Last minute hotel booking was great!!

The property was really nice. The rooms were clean and spacious. If I needed anything the front desk would answer right away and help me with whatever I needed.

Only things I didn’t like about the property was the whole housekeeping situation and the small bathrooms, but other than that it was a great stay!

Room was very clean and bed was comfortable

Front desk staff was not very efficient. Keys sporadically worked on the actual room and the stairwell from the parking lot.

The main area for improvement needs to be the WIFI. I was in room 173 and I spent more tim logging on to the WIFI due to it dropping out every 5mins. This happened irrespective of whether researching information for work or watching YouTube.

none of the outside entrances worked. switched keys out twice, but had to enter through the front doors only.

Aside from the loudness my stay was very pleasant.

I enjoy my stay every time. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect whether you are traveling by plane or car. Restaurants are available close by, so you don't have to travel far.

During this stay, my room was very close to the pool and there were guests that were super loud. You can hear adults talking very loudly and children running up and down the hallway shouting late in the evening.

I really enjoy everything! I love staying here, and so does my family. We had an issue with the room, the a/c was not working. I called the front desk and they fixed my situation immediately. they moved us to another room. I want to thank the front desk and Tim for all they’re help, thank u!

Good Stay!

STAFF!!!! was amazing 🤩 they receive 10 stars from me!!

Pillows are very thin had 3 only still felt as if I was sleeping on 1. First room was inside of hotel but outside didn’t like that at all!! But still a decent looking room, so no complaints there exchanged room due to dirty laundry being left behind & didn’t feel so secure with the outside stay type. Restaurant inside hotel needs a to upgrade their menu daily it’s the same very few food selection.

Overall with a few minor hiccups , I will book again . This location has always been my go to location for years. But I

The staff was amazing with the exception of 1 young man at front desk, not going to go into full details but while I was dining he interrupted my dining wanted me to pack up my belongings to leave in their back office till there system came back up, I declined my trip was only extended by an extra day due to an emergency it had to be the day their system was down. As a business owner myself I understand there will be hiccups from time to time. Indoor pool is great for those chilly outside days you still get to enjoy that part especially children if you travel with them.

I wasn’t a fan of the inside but outside rooms it gave a little motel vibe just with a bit of class. The walls are very thin I heard other’s conversations and whoever stayed above me I was kept up for hours in the late night they were hard walking for about every 5 mins for 2 hrs back & forth and then the rolling of the luggage 😣keep in mind it’s 3am. So request a room with carpet or 3rd floor room so that eliminates a lot of that hard walking for guaranteed rest.
