The proximity to Lake George
The owner Steve and his attention to detail from the inside of the suite to the surrounding grounds.
Awesome fire pit, his bird feeders with a plethora of bird species and most of all his malamute Levi.

Owner very helpful in getting info on town and surrounding area /hiking opportunities. Very quiet, clean, nice furniture, enjoyed the stay. Don't be misled by the 70s outside appearance

The room was lovely and the owners are so friendly and welcoming.
There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

No food service on site. Location was perfect. Bathroom was new and modern, very nice.
Room was dark; small lamps and no overhead light. No luggage rack/stand. No closet. Room needed better ventilation.

Unfortunately I visited off season, so there was some work underway there, but the owner’s genuinely care about keeping it clean and modern and making even better. Really liked the suite....small kitchen and fridge was perfect! The owners really make the place great!
