Really sweet little motel. It seemed in great condition and like everything was very well kept. The bathroom was clean and the shower was very nice.

Really nice family who run the place and great proximity to a great Mexican restaurant.

the room was clean in the middle but not around the edges.

Clean and perfectly adequate.
Furnishings are a bit worn. Replacing the lamp shades with ripped liners that cast a shadow like deformed jack-o-lanterns when lit would go a long way to sprucing up the room's appearance. Also, the instructions on the wall for the TV didn't work at all -- it took me about 15 minutes of pressing buttons to get the cable box synced with the TV, and even then if I pressed the wrong button, it would go out of sync and I'd have to start all over. More detailed instructions would have been helpful.

Good location
It was run down, the curtains in the bath were shredded. The dresser was wrapped and peeling and the tv didn’t work, although the manager tried hard to make it work. Plus the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. I’ll never stay there again. The little money I saved was not worth it.

The complimentary coffee meant a lot to me. It was nice to not have to find someplace for my morning coffee.
Google maps needs to be updated. It sent me to the wrong location and I had to call the desk for directions.

Clean room. Manager at front desk a pleasure to deal with!
Room needs some updating (dated, worn furnishings, linens), but clean!

The location was good and the room was comfortable.
I had a very difficult time unlocking the door. I had to wiggle the key, in and out, side to side, and ultimately it would turn and unlock the door. The knob needs to be replaced. They had no breakfast and for the price, I would have expected breakfast, easier entry to room and a lampshade on the light over the window.

Good location and easy parking. Rooms were clean but could use a facelift. Good place to stay if you want somewhere inexpensive to sleep.
unplugged the in room refrigerator because it was loud.

The staff was very nice. It snowed and the owner himself shoveled around our car. Overall very friendly

The room I stayed in was FREEZING COLD. Even though I had to sleep with a hoodie and a winter coat (!) on, I couldn't get a proper shut eye. When I first approached the receptionist, I was told there were no blankets. When I pressed on, I was given a paper-thin comforter, which didn't help at all. If you want to feel like a homeless person, this is the place to stay at.

The bathtub looked dirty but when I looked closer it had been painted and it was peeling the carpet was dirty and the heater took almost 2 hours on high to warm the room the wifi was very poor and we were the only ones at the hotel no one to complain to because the office was closed no one was there to bring these issue to our key was left in the drop off box

Inadequate heat. TV operation very cumbersome
