Disappointing

Room was so nasty they were trying to check me into. I had to come back and ask for cleaning supplies before they moved me and even then wanted me to wait an hour after I already payed an early check in fee of $30. The least I can do is get a clean room or not pay that fee. Staff was rude when told I spilled something in my room and required something to clean it. If y’all used to nasty people just say that because being rude to someone trying to clean a mess is outrageous

linings and carpet seem worn out, and the mattress also felt fluffy, in the last months of comfort before they change it by the end of the product lifecycle.

Can’t stay there again

Went there a few times in the past

The one we stayed in was next-door to some Mexicans that was doing work. They were outside partying loud music drinking ect went to the front desk to tell they got there around seven. I checked out at nine because of the noise went to tell the lady upfront. She said that that was the only day off and that’s why they were outside. I didn’t feel safe, so I left thought that they would’ve gave me some of my money back, it never happened. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Vacation

The refrigerator had roaches in it. My bed linen was dirty. They end up giving us another room and the bathroom was dirty. Hair was all over the floor. Not the best at all. Will not stay there again.

Very untidy and unclean . Stanching smell all around .Minimum hygiene is not maintained . The price I paid is nowhere to the standard .

This was the worst hotel I have ever stepped foot in.

DISGUSTING !!! Upon entering the courtyard was a pool that was green and had algae growing on the top of the water. The room had a door that did not close properly and had multiple patches on it (appeared to be fist holes) all the the sheets and blankets on the bed were dirty. We only ended up staying about 3 hours as the police banging on the door of the room next to us finally prompted our departure. We wouldn’t of even stayed that long but there was no availability anywhere else and we were exhausted so we stripped the bed and got on our sleeping bags to rest for just a few short hours. Do not waste your time with this terrible nightmare!

Close to highway

Property in very poor condition - trailers & BBQ left in parking lot. Not at all welcoming.

Great price! I just didn’t know I had to clean my own room!

The price, however we felt we were misled by the ratings and the images posted. When we got there it was not what we were expecting...but the bed was comfortable.

So, where to start, first we couldn’t get to our room because it was roped off due to construction.(who would assign a room behind a construction barricade??) when we entered the room and turned on the lights my finger stuck to the light switch from some sort of residue, (disgusting!) we were immediately hit by the heavy smell of dog. (Gross!) At this point my girlfriend was ready to leave I tried reassuring her it wasn’t that bad. (Big mistake!) we attempted to settle in, it was hard not noticing the missing cove base and holes in the wall, the cobwebs on the window and the missing smoke detector which was particularly disturbing as my partner is a firefighter. Fortunately after a careful search we found no bed bugs or roaches. We had to clean the tile in the bathroom and sink area as it was particularly filthy. The floor was as well but we didn’t want to exert the energy after driving for 12 hours. So guys, we will not be staying again, or even in that area as the other motels had even lower ratings!
