Location, staff services, facilities, fire pit overlooking the lake, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, room comfort/cleanliness, everything was top notch. First time customers and traveling with big group. We were definitely nervous about the hotel however it exceeded our expectations and we are definitely booking again.

The building needs a spruce up. The staff needs to be more welcoming. Specifically, the bar tender, both nights he Immediately acted as if he was being put out by the arrival of a patron. It really left myself and other guests feeling annoyed and mistreated.

The bed sheets felt like sand paper. Give you 4 pillows and they all were uncomfortable. Worst part was the Walls were super thin. You heard everything… I mean
Everyyyyything in the room next door… at 2am in the morning and in the morning again. My in-laws were 2 rooms over and kept them up as well. Made for an interesting morning conversation!
Breakfast at property was terrible…. Rude server. Food took forever. Missing food items when arrived. No one checked to see if we needed anything. The Food was undercooked basically raw…. ( there cinnamon swirl French toast). Terrible. Looked around at other tables. Everyone had 1/2 plates left and looked as mad as our table. Also they add 20% tip automatically. Service was bad. Definitely did not To Insure Proper Service!

The property is very well located and everything that is worth seeing and doing in Lake George is within walking distance.
The indoor pool area needs some serious renovating.

The location is perfect and the staff were very nice.
The room was freezing. It was a very uncomfortable night. It was not worth the price we paid for the room.

Didn't like the 1st room. Outside the main building. I upgraded right away. To a suite in the main building.

They re-did rooms and they are beautiful. We always stay here and just absolutely love this hotel.
We were not happy about the breakfast. It was a buffet and just was not good and absolutely expensive for four people.

We were in the motel-type section. Very dated and noisy

The old part of the hotel that is not yet upgraded was awful. I had to ask for a different room and pay the higher price to be relocated to the upgraded part.

We were in an old wing facing the lake. Door has a 1” gap underneath. Air conditioner in the wall makes a hideous racket. After the sun went down the room was freezing from the bad windows & door gap. Heater was hard to adjust to proper temperature. Walls are paper thin. You can hear the people in the next room using the bathroom and every conversation. It sounds like they’re in your room. The shower was full of mold and the bathroom ridiculously small. Old, outdated room that was worth $50 not $277 +.
