Abbiamo prenotato per 3 per 5 notti con colazione ma ci hanno fare colazione solo in 2

Posizione super! Albergo pulito, ristorante Serafina ottime colazioni e cene. Letto molto comodo.

Stanze minuscole, non riuscivamo ad aprire le valigie. Armadio inesistente. Doccia con miscelatore difficile da regolare.Si sono dimenticati di rifare la camera il penultimo giorno.

Zimmer viel zu klein für 4 Personen. Dusche war eine Katastrophe, Toilettenspülung lies sich nicht abstellen…ist eine ganze Nacht durchgelaufen

The location is excellent and the hotel is clean and well refurbished. The breakfast is good and the staff is friendly. It is a good hotel, very well located, but it is not a five star hotel.

It is not a five-star hotel. The rooms are excessively small and uncomfortable. Despite the refurbishment, it is an old facility. Maybe 4 stars would be more correct.

c était calme et propre. L'emplacement de l'hotel est à côté du métro avec pas mal de restaurant à proximité. Le petit déjeuner était copieux.

One lift worked , the windows were single glazed and it was drafty and very hard to sleep with the noise. The staff were mixed and the breakfast very average with no service just being hassled for your voucher.

El ingreso, algo insistentes con el pago, y siempre en todos los hoteles cobran al finalizar, en el inicio solo se deja la garantía. De hecho una persona de recepción nos comentó que allí también, pero quien nos recibió fue bastante insistente casi un poco grosero para hacer el pago de inmediato al llegar.

L emplacement est vraiment super pour découvrir Manhattan, au pied de la ligne 1 du métro, taxis, restaurants, Tribecca est un quartier plus calme pour se "reposer", parfait. Déco soignée & cosy. Le restaurant voisin auquel l hôtel est associé est très sympa, petits déjeuners qui font le job 👍. Un bar d hôtel aussi.

La chambre avec deux grands lits était trop étroite avec très peu de rangements, difficile de circuler avec nos valises partout.

Ottima posizione, letto comodissimo, asciugamani sempre puliti e morbidi.

Inmejorable la atención del personal, especialmente de las chicas de recepción. Super amables y dispuestas a responder y solucionar cualquier inquietud. Hermosa ubicación en el corazón de Tribeca. Muuuy recomendable si queres escapar de la locura del midtown.

Justo, de los dos ascensores del hotel, uno estaba descompuesto. Lo cuál hacía algo lenta la espera para subir y bajar.

Hotel tem uma ótima localização e funcionários muito atenciosos.

Acho as acomodações um pouco antigas e o café da manhã é bem básico, recomendo tomar fora do hotel. A cama não era muito confortável e o chuveiro era difícil de ajustar a temperatura.

One bed for two unrelated people. I upgraded to a bed and sofa bed. No linens for the sofa bed.

Bastante caro, pero comprensible por lo caro de Manhattan

Fijn behulpzaam personeel Locatie was uitstekend. Prima verzorging kamer.

Het ontbijt was minimaal. Voor de kwaliteit van het hotel was dat minder. Ondanks dat ze iedere dag vers fruit hadden.

Centric location and easy to get to. Felt safe.

Fantastisk beliggenhed, metro lige udenfor døren og skønt område. Virkelig hyggeligt lille hotel med smagfuld indretning. Super god morgenmad, frisk frugt, brød og croissanter. Rolig atmosfære og venligt personale.

Everything was right. The only thing is that it should not be called a co time tal breakfast when no eggs or any kind of breakfast meat is included.

The staff were all lovely. It's a great location.

Facilities aren't great. Dark hallways, the rooms don't have good noise insulation so noise from hallways and the upstairs room was an issue - particularly on the Saturday night. The single elevator was tiny and slow - as it was also used by staff and contractors, it was usually impossible to actually get the elevator and I would up using the concrete stairway instead.

The Location was excellent and handy for the financial district , Tribeca and Soho. Also with the subway 10m away there were easy links to Brooklyn and the rest of Manhattan. The bed was very comfortable ( King) and the hotel was clean. staff were generally helpful and polite and breakfast was adequate.

the corridors were a little dark and narrow, although not as bad as some reviews have indicated. the walls however were very thin and you could hear people talking in the room next door. but as the majority of guest were pretty quite this was not a major issue. one member of staff was a little on the abrupt side, but all the rest were excellent.
