I love that we can bring our service dogs super dog friendly
I was disappointed there was no ironing board or iron and not enough towels. We had to go buy an iron and extra towels

Close to restaurants
Asked for clean towels after 1sr night. Was told the maid would come. Never did. Asked the next day & was told I was put on the waiting list. Waited...no one came. Went to front office & was told to find the maid. Found maid whom told me to go to the office, whom said I was on the waiting list. No towels nor maid service was ever given. Had to find maid for soap, toilet paper, but no towels whatsoever.

no toilet paper.. the charge was 79.10 and on giving the person the credit card number over the phone he would NOT take the card or the reservation! he insisted on cash and after reviewing the cash, my friend realized he had given the front desk person $100 instead of $80 and the front desk attendant just kept the extra!
the neighborhood was very “ tangy” feeling and the property did not provide the basic amenities like toilet paper! they would not accept the reservation even though it was documented with the credit card and he is dusted on cash then pocketed 20 dollars!!

The floor in the shower was a little slippery and I came close to falling and the pet area needs to be cleaned.

We got put in a room that the water barle
worked.ask if we could have another room was told no. After I done paid 80 bucksm

I want to know why my credit card was charged 150.00 2 days after my stay and I also paid everything in cash. What's the deal?

I was glad that the housekeeper came and changed the bed covers when I reported it dirty.
I just complained about the bed. They did change it. But the housekeeper said it was not a Holliday inn. I paid for a king suit. I was irritated about the bed. I work as a housekeeper as well.
We were trained not to use stained covers.
She assured me it was stained, but as a housekeeper, I know better.
If she could have just quietly changed the sheets without fussing. I would not have said anything at all.
When walking on the floor it felt dirty. Smelled like smoke.

The location was acceptable
The rooms are not clean at all. The staff is very rude. This isn't my only visit here and still the same terrible treatment by the staff. Will not go back to this motel again.

The rooms were spacious,and the older man at check in desk was very efficient and nice
Ride maintenance men,looked like a brothel after dark,had something stolen out of truck,room had a weird mell to it like marijuana insence or stale ,seemed like good value at first but they are building and fixing so we had to park on one side of building and walk to the other and I think that sets up your car to be broken into,and they have a stolen walk mart buggy to use to help with your luggage,which only added to the place,probably would stay there if in active addiction,not too good if in recovery
