Ease of the location is what made the rating
The phrase "breakfast included" is slightly misleading. There was coffee and some creamer, along with a box of granola bars by the front door.

Good location in walking distance to Walmart. Very clean and the rooms have been recently remodeled. Vending machines were actually reasonably priced.
Parking lot needs some work but that is a minor issue.

The room was recently remodeled, very clean, and beds were comfortable although they were a little squeaky. I would definitely stay here again. And the price was great.

Air conditioner wasn’t on when arrived, drastically underpowered and the room didn’t cool down.

Always affordable, love the pet policy and staff great here.

The staff was friendly and helpful, very clean and well run. Coffee was ready at 4am for those early travelers we appreciated that. Right next door to Walmart if you need supplies.

one of the more cleaner rooms that I stayed at from Motel 6
gave me a smoking room, they said didn't have any other rooms available, couldn't sleep all night because the room stank of old/stale smoke left around 4 am
