Room was dirty, and had mismatched furniture and a musty smell. The spa tub, which is the reason I go to the hotel, was not clean. I usually find the rooms cleaner but the hotel manager over rode the room I reserved and had the desk clerk assign me this room. It was awful. I didn't not stay at the hotel. I left shortly after checking in. I am still waiting for my $100 security deposit back. It was Thursday night booking and it's almost Tuesday morning the following week. I usually get a return of the security deposit back within a day or two from other hotels.

The staff at this hotel were very good. Kind, helpful and attentive. The Certo restaurant was a life saver for breakfast and dinner. The wait staff were great!

The hotel is a little dated. The swimming pool area could use some attention. Although they advertise they have a snack bar downstairs the options were very limited.

The staf didnt clean our room at the first night, they didn't replace the towels. On the second day we requested several times to clean the room , happend only near 16:30 - 17:00

The toilet was two feet from the toilet paper roll and too close to the shower .

The staff was extremely helpful. They were able to accommodate early check in. Upon checking out the next day they were able to hold our luggage and allowed us to keep our car there in valet for a few more hours after checking out. These accommodations really helped us out!

There were a couple staff members who just weren't as knowledgeable/helpful.

I liked the location of the property and how close it was to everything

For the cost of the stay even with deals I wasn’t impressed and it did stop me from enjoying my experience in Washington which is a shame.

Front desk staff very nice as were the door people. Super clean and comfortable. Others in my party booked other hotels and some met dirt and complained of bugs. Not a problem here.

Well...because of the weekend there was city wide price expansion. This was expensive but far better than most I searched. When i read "breakfast available" I assumed it was included. A bit disappointing but early walks to Dunkin were fun and more affordable. Thought the alcoholic beverages at the attached restaurant were a bit steep.

Terrible decor. Furniture, aged and stained elevators paralytcally slow. Service mediocre at best, had to request linens for the pull out bed three times, despite being stacked in the room on the coffee table in front of the couch room service came and went twice without ever bothering to install the linens on the pull out couch, which was really a rather horrifyingly bad piece of furniture, in terms of appearance function and comfort. For three nights and two people $1200 out the door did not feel like a fair price.

I just came back from a hotel stay, and I had a fantastic time! The room was clean and cozy, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They upgraded our room to the jacuzzi suite when they heard we were celebrating our birthday. The hotel's location was also perfect, making exploring the city easy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay

The only slight hiccup was that the walls were a bit thin, at one point I could hear the next room running the jacuzzi so I could listen to some noise from my neighbors. But it wasn't a big deal at all, and it definitely didn't ruin my stay.
