favorite place! Love the Peacock Room. Rooms are so comfortable. I love being surrounded with the history of this place. Conveniently located downtown

The hotel was unique and very different from large chain hotels - which I loved! The hotel was small with beautiful woodwork, beautiful mirrors, and tall ceilings. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The front desk staff were exceptional and I loved the complimentary Champagne when I checked into the hotel. I was traveling alone and was initially concerned with safety in the downtown area. I walked in the downtown area during the day without difficulty. I visited the Davenport Grand and the Davenport Towers for breakfast - they were both conveniently within walking distance. I used the Valet service, which was located across the street. The Valets were excellent and my car was available each time within 5 minutes of my request. I would definitely plan another visit to the Davenport Lusso when I’m in Spokane.

Quaint, comfortable hotel in a good location. It is walking distance to many restaurants and bars, coffee shops and the Comedy Club. Our room was lovely and clean. The hotel has a lot of character. The bathtub was great with ample hot water and water pressure. And Maddie at the front desk was wonderful. I love the 12 checkout time.
The only issue was noise. I was awoken at 2am by people on the street, then again at 6 am by a herd of elephants in the room upstairs from us, making a lot of noise for about an hour. Not really the hotels fault, I would just bring earplugs next time.

Loved this vintage hotel with its quirky hallways, that seemed like a movie set. The signature Davenport bed was so comfortable, wanted to stay longer. It was so convenient to have valet parking, knowing my car was in the secured parking garage was a relief.

Large rooms and a big bathroom! The location was great, we were able to walk everywhere. Parking is only a block away so that was easy too. They share with the Tower so we knew where to go.

Service was excellent - Enjoyed the workout room
I couldn't charge my phone in the room. The ups ports in the lamps didn't work.

We have stayed at the Lusso and other Davenport locations numerous times for staycations. The Lusso has big, clean rooms, and the staff are generally nice.
Over time, a theme has emerged of subpar service. Their QR code for room service does not work, and I had to call the restaurant 14 times to get them to pick up. They even hung up on me a couple of times. Once I was told they were too busy to take my order, and I insisted that they take it, and another time, I was told that they don't do room service (not true). This was immensely frustrating.

Excellent location and the interior is very attractive. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Bed was a little soft for our taste. The guest above us was stomping around for a while and my wife, who's a light sleeper, found the traffic noise at night to be disturbing.

Jetted tub was best part. Room was extremely small.
I used too work at Hotel Lusso almost 20 years ago. Was excited to stay there, though was disappointed. If it wasn't for the jetted tub I would have been giving a one star review. Just lacked the luxury i remembered, therefore way over priced.
