Great stay during our layover

Great customer service upon arrival. The woman at the desk was kind and understanding and the airport shuttle driver was quick and efficient both to and from the airport. The room was nice, beds were clean and comfortable we only stayed 6 hours due to a layover and just wanting a few hours of good sleep but I would definitely book again for a longer stay.

I didn't know about the $50 extra hold but it didnt ruin the experience just something to be mindful of at check in.

Easy Airport Access.

Desk staff were very helpful. I was needing a hotel room after my flight was cancelled. Staff helped me find the shuttle pickup area. Shuttles drivers were exceptional.

It was nice. Very clean and good breakfast.

Huge spacious rooms with a courtyard entry. Beautiful room.

Renovations underway. Paint smell and new carpet smell triggers headaches for me. I appreciate that they are keeping things up but if I had know. I’d book elsewhere.

Overall, we are very pleased with the La Quinta.

Shuttle to the airport was right on time. Friendly driver.

Getting the return shuttle is always slow.

Pleasant experience.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.

It was in the middle of renovation with a lot of dust and noise. I was on the first floor and the dust exacerbated my COPD.

Multiple flight delays ended with an overnight stay in Dallas.

The front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly especially when she was overrun by all of us who had experienced many flight delays....She helped get us set up with shuttle transportation back to the airport and worked to get everyone settled with a smile on her face.

Only stayed overnight and it was great.

We literally arrived after midnight and left in the morning after breakfast due to missing a connecting flight. It was nice for that purpose. The room was a really good size with comfortable beds and a nice big bathroom. Outside of that I have no idea what else was around in the area. The waffles for breakfast were great!

It was great for a quick stopover.

We have to wait for the shuttle bus for quite long time at the airport. The carpet is not clean. Breakfast is awful.

It's pretty on par with most hotels I've stayed at it's just not the best.

They accommodated for a mistake on their part and set some of my group in a new room that was to everyone's standards.

I guess the bathroom in one of the rooms I reserved wasn't working. The room service was pretty average bordering less than average in service and food. What was advertised didn't exactly match up with the product served and the delivery was complicated due to a larger language barrier. Overall tho I did get most of what I ordered and it was delivered.

The hotel was clean and the staff were extremely helpful. They organised a shuttle to the airport and helped a fellow passenger with organising additional mobility support. They dealt with the request with professionalism and kindness.

Exceptional

Motel undergoing remodel but that did not effect any of the sections I was in. The free shuttle to and from airport was a major reason I decided to stay here. Shuttle ervice is 24 / 7 based on availability of variety of drivers that work with each other for covering the number of people wanting transport at a given time. They were efficient. Based on prices for other motels of this quality, rooms were discounted for any remodel inconvenience. There was no inconvenience or construction noise for me based on arriving after midnight and left at 6:30 a.m. The bed was extra comfortable and so needed after I had been traveling for 24 hours with the last of my travel to occur in early morning. I would stay here again!

That I didn't have time to take advantage of all their services.

Clean, accessible, and pet friendly for our pup.

Rooms were spotless. We loved the outdoor area pool area and the pet area. We also enjoyed the breakfast :)

We requested a cot but we didn't get one.

A comfortable hotel close to the airport

The room had microwave, single cup coffee/hot water machine, TV worked well, and wi-fi was fast. Shower had sufficient pressure and the water temperature was consistant. Room was quite even though I was on the street side, Reception was very attentive. The continental breakfast was good

Few restaurants in the area and the closest was a half mile walk. A problem if you are on a long layover without a vehicle.
