The hotel lounge area, location and staff

The beds were uncomfortable, all outlets were loose, and the room smelled like dirty socks. Not a lot of lighting.

Great place to stay and above and beyond staff!!

I have never been to a hotel where the staff was so friendly. Every single staff member that we seen not only said hey to us but asked how we were or hoped we had a great day. everything was so clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Short Stay but wonderful Hotel

The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the water pressure in the shower- awesome! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a short stay but were very happy with the hotel.

TV was pretty small which we are not use to. Ice machines should be on every floor.

Decently comfortable hotel with excellent staff that could maybe stand to improve their maintenance.

Rollout desk and TV slide were clutch! Modern adjustable thermostat was easy to use. Room and shower felt well cleaned and maintained.

Odd hatch above shower didn't close properly as it was warped and could have been easy placement for camera angled towards toilet. Elevators smelled odd during our stay until Sunday when the overpowering cleaning chemical smell made riding the elevator almost unbearable.

Pleasant

The room was well cleaned and comfortable. We were a little bummed that the pool was not in service during our stay. Beds need updated, but they were alright. Location was great and only 5 min from our vendor site. Staff was helpful and polite greeting us every time we came or left .

pillows were terrible. sofa creaked every time you got up from it. no usb charging ports. “Starbucks “ was just a flavor pack of coffee in their machine. my arm could touch the wall while in bed. had to walk sideways to get in on that side. small tv

The room was comfortable and spacious.

The hallways were way too hot, no air conditioning in the hallways…. That was crazy and quite uncomfortable. For the amount for the rooms the hallways should have been as pleasant as the rooms. That doesn’t balance out right.

The hotel was located in a good area and was clean

I did not like that the shower leaked horribly all over the bathroom floor, the fact that the extra pillows that we asked for stunk horribly and the fact that the pool was closed. When we booked on Booking.com it said that the pool was open and this was the reason we booked with this hotel. When we got there we were informed that due to Covid the pool was closed. I found this funny because we have stayed in many different hotels throughout the Covid pandemic and the pools have been open. In fact we had just stayed at the Fairfield by Marriott in Staunton, VA the night before and the pool there was open. So this was really a huge letdown for us. One other issue that we had was that our floor constantly smelled like Marijuana and we also smelled it when getting out of our car.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, overall awesome stay.

The breakfast was pre bagged due to the COVID precautions however I did expect a hot breakfast. That being said the options that were given were great and the staff was exceptional. Really enjoyed our stay .

Cold breakfast. Pool closed.

It was a short stay, convenient to town, & enjoyed karaoke at Go Burrito

Enjoy the breakfast options, needed some gluten free choices maybe more fruits.

Jacuzzi bathtub but larger shower was nice.
