Disappointed

Easy accessible from the interstate.

The room was dusty and had a smell. I had to buy cleaning supplies and room/odor freshners.

Short but pleasant 1

There was no breakfast provided but for the price of the room I was more than satisfied.

Some of the other occupants were a little loud after 1an but nothing that bothered me to much to sleep.

This place was awful you should take it off booking.com I was so scared to even stay the full night people were outside of my room all night some were doing drugs right on the stairs by my room I was so unhappy I asked for my money back but they said no refunds the room was dirty and the bedding had burn holes in it the pillows had blood on them this was a very bad experience

it was a terrifying experience! I paid for the room online through Booking.com, because my flight was changed to the following day. I only needed to be there a few hours, and when I arrived, they wanted me to walk in the middle of the night to an ATM to give them $150 cash deposit for security. eventually he decided to not charge that to me. He said because I look like a senior citizen he would trust me. There were drug dealers, prostitution, fighting, he gave me the very back building at the very end of the location in the dark I had to walk out to the room, it had holes in it it was stained dirty, the sheets and towels were stained. It smelled so bad even by the time I flew home the next day, my bag smelled awful. I would not go in the shower it was stained also. I was literally terrified to even lay down for a little while. Even my Uber driver was afraid of waiting for me as I put my shoes on he commented on the girls screaming running through the parking lot adamant saying, don’t touch me. I do not recommend this place for anyone!!

I wouldn’t let my DOG stay here. We had to park our car where we could see it from the room because there were so many s

The neighborhood was very sketchy. When we checked in we asked if we could have a room in the back. The proprietor said, “No you don’t want to be back there. Those people are crazy. They’re drinking and partying.” Sure enough, there were people back there doing drugs. The room was FILTHY! And it reeked of cigarettes and urine. I had to put Vicks vaporub under my nose just to stay in the room.

The quality was poor for that price. The room was dirty need a deep clean.

I only like the fact that you had 3 beds in the room.

The room was full of dust. While walking on the ground your feet became dirty and black. 🪰 was in the room. The room was hot. Need a bin in the bedroom and a lounge seat.

Disappointing

I liked the frig, stove and kitchenette area, was not expecting that. Bed was very comfortable.

Towels were dirty and stained. I don't think they use bleach. The fitted sheet at the foot of the bed was dirty as well. There was standing water under the vanity, not a drop but at least a cupful, first thought the pipes were leaking, but they must have mopped the floor leaving the water behind. Standing water in the shower where the shampoo and soap were. They were both sopping wet when I picked them up. I paid for two nights, on the second night, late, my key would not work. It was not next to my phone at all during the day. Toilet seat needed to be tightened, it was crooked, if I had my tools I would have fixed it...very easy. It was not worth the price!!

Don’t go unless ur lookin for drugs.

Drug dealers outside our window all night. Ppl drinking in the public balconies all day long and then at night drug use. Place is horrible unless ur lookin for ur “fix”. I don’t usually rate these but be warned. It’s not safe and not clean.

The staff was helpful when I complained of an issue an did their best to correct the situation

The floors need to be mopped. And general cleaning. Add to replace the bath matt due to it becoming dirty from the floor.

Arrived way sooner than expected , I was able to check-in early with no problems.

Location was convenient! & owner was super nice and helpful.

nothing to dislike , will definitely be staying there again if ever in town.

It was adequate for our needs.

The family managing the facility were very helpful. The air conditioner was not working correctly and they had it replaced the next day. We were right off the interstates which was helpful to get downtown and nearby areas easily.

They need a table and some chairs in the room to use for eating and other activities.

absolutely horrible

I did not like anything about this property. The property manager and owner have no respect for people’s privacy. They feel as if since they own the hotel or because they were clear that they have every right to walk into peoples room whenever they please. They threaten to call the police on me multiple times after respectfully warning them not to enter into my room before check out hours. They charged me an extra hundred dollars for In AC unit that was already broken when I got there.

I did not like the community. People on the property were very belligerent throughout all the day and all night. The hotel owner that originally checked me in is very rude, and perverted. My room was not even clean when I arrived. They offer no housekeeping service. The beds are old and run down. The microwave didn’t work. Neither did the TV. It’s very unsanitary and very unsafe. I don’t recommend any family going here

New person at the front desk was very apologetic and understanding.

I did not end up staying. First, they are doing a major renovation. The place should be closed during this large of a project. Second, their systems were down and could not take my card so information was written down. Lastly... Stains on the sheets. Crumbs or something on the cooking surface and countertops. Icicles hanging in the freezer. Mold spots in the refrigerator. Only one small desk with chair to sit in right in front of the TV - nothing to sit in further back to relax and enjoy TV. Construction guys hanging out outside the rooms. Equipment/supplies left in the walkways. Damaged roof was leaking near the steps. Shady-looking nightclub at one end of the parking lot. Need I go on?
