Very poor

We booked a king room and even called to confirm they had one on the lower floor because we can't do stairs. We got there and they had us in a double queen room and did not have a king room available. That was irritating but the mattress was worse than the floor. Very uncomfortable. The maid knocked on the door 3 times before 11 and came back with the manager at 10:50 to ask if we were checking out. We stayed at a quality inn in Midland and it was a great experience. This place was not clean, was in poor repair, and they really acted like it was an inconvenience having us there. We definitely will not be back.

Unnecessary, over the top

The location.

Didn't like that I was not accommodated. I had asked for the bottom floor smoking room. Was told no rooms on first floor. Was put on the second floor even though I am disabled. Room smelt like urine, bathtub would not drain, hole in ceiling where fan was and door jammed so I had to slam it. Asked for another room, the answer was no. Asked that the tub be repaired, he couldn't repair it. At this point, he started yelling at me and threatening to throw me off property. Again, I asked for another room and the answer was no. The police were called, and I was warned never to step foot on property again. Also, I was the one escorted off the property by police officers. It's unbelievable that this person got to throw me off the property for his not wanting to accommodate my request. It appears he has anger issues that might have caused him to abuse me verbally and refuse to offer another room. Left shocked by it all.

It was a place to sleep for the night and travel on, the next morning.

The bed was comfortable

No breakfast was there, after being Told there would be. It was closed. Floors made our feet black and the baby couldn’t crawl on it, his knees and hands got filthy black. So we couldn’t let the baby down. Very nasty floors.

That they had a room for us to stay in.

They never returned my deposit.

Room was fine but the extra charges to our account were not appreciated.

Didn’t eat the breakfast. Didn’t like that you couldn’t take food back to our room. Only had the coffee.

We were double charged for our room by the motel. When I called the manager, he said that the charges were showing to have come off of our bill. But he said it could take 3-5 days for the bank to return our funds. They also made a $100 charge that he said was put in place for possible damages but that was not disclosed at time of check in nor when we checked out. It took 3 days for the charges to be removed from our account as “pending”. If that is the case with all Choice Hotels, we will not be staying at them again. Also, the safety lock on the door was broken.

Superb

I didn’t have any breakfast, the only problem was with the shower. The rod was bent and the curtain would not stay shut and got water on the floor and the drain emptied slowly. Other than that everything was great. My wife wanted to take the mattress.

Poor

Staff was friendly and nice

The facilities are horrible. My room had the bathroom fan broken, the room had a smell like it was cleaned with water used to mop the floor sitting for 4 days. For that price i was expecting something a bit more decent.

Started poorly, didn’t improve much.

It was good with a nice variety of offerings.

We arrived just after midnight. I had called ahead and let the desk clerk know we’d be late. I understand locking the doors to walk ups, but when someone has a paid reservation and can show ID, they should be let in the lobby. We stood outside the window for TWENTY minutes because the desk clerk was slow. It was TWENTY-FIVE degrees. It was not a good start to our stay.

Not a pleasant experience!

The smell of cleaning products was overwhelming when we opened the door…the bed sheets had stains on them…looked like blood stains…they had been washed but the stains remained…I would not even cover with the sheet! The AC sounded like a freight train and the road noise was horrible!! We could not sleep and got up at 3:30am…we were waiting until daylight to leave and my goodness! the cleaning ladies started early with banging and talking from one room to the other…if any one was so lucky to be sleeping in that was short-lived when the cleaning crew started their day!

Clean room . Nice people.

Room was clean. The people in the office were very nice.

Breakfast was lame. Location is awful, very very loud traffic area. A huge dip as you pull in, pull in slowly and on a slant.

This one is a gem! We will be staying here each time we visit Conway!

We did not eat breakfast, but overall we’re very pleased with everything else during our stay.

Housekeeping could have been better. The room was clean upon our arrival. We could have used more towels (there were only two), but that was okay. The next day while we were gone housekeeping apparently came in and started to clean our room but must have gotten distracted and left! There were new hand towels and wash clothes, but no towels at all and our bed wasn’t made/touched at all! The next day it was all cleaned and towels back in place properly!

Good location, easy parking at the door; clean and spacious room with desk, chair, refrige, microwave and luggage rack, upscale bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and comfortable. The location was also good since we needed to go to Damascus for a wedding.

Was disappointed the pool was under construction! When I booked it I didn't see anywhere it said pool under construction! So grandson was very disappointed!!

The shower curtain and window curtains were torn or had holes. The carpet was filthy. It made my feet dirty to walk on it.

The sheets and bathroom were clean.

Nice employees

When we got there, the water was turned off for repairs. It was fixed within 30-45 minutes and the clerk called to make sure ours was back on.

The rooms were average. The beds were not as comfortable as I would like, but I could sleep on it.

The stay was good, my only issue is my $50 deposit still pending.

The price was good for the room.

It has been 3 weeks since I’ve stay here and my $50 deposit has not been released yet. I’ve stayed at other hotels after this one and received my deposit back in a few days, it’s been three weeks and still nothing. I’ve called and still nothing has been done.
