There was either someone the size of an elephant adjacent to my room or they were doing refurbishment. I tried to nap at noon and it was happening and it happened until at least 3AM. It literally shook the bed in my room. 205.

Location is great. You can comfortably drive 30-40 minutes to most destinations around Raleigh, Durham, Wake, Cary, lakes, parks.
It is very unclean, noisy, smells like weed, spilled beer, and dirty shoes. Difficult to find a parking space when all the construction crews are back from work with trucks, trailers, and equipment. It appeared to be mostly booked by long term for contractors, crews and some families. It’s dorm room living and not a hotel.

Front desk was attentive. Hotel was easy to find.
The room reeked of cigarette smoke. Floors in the room were dirty, with pebbles and stains throughout. There was little to no sound insulation between rooms or the hallway. The door to the hall had a full inch exposed at the bottom so you could hear and see anyone walking past. I could hear the TVs from the rooms on either side of me. Bathroom shower had pubic hairs from the last guest still present on the walls.

The room we stayed in had a big black bug on the wall and we were only there for 2 nights the pool was closed for the 2nd night and the rooms are cramped, very small and not so comfortable beds

The front office staff and set up was nice, breakfast area is cute.
I booked this hotel for the hot tub, which was empty. The pool table is worn. My bed was closer to the toilet then the night stand. Room smelled like fresh paint. Rollaway bed was dirty, had to change pad and sheets myself.

room service came by at 8 in the morning beating on our door and woke us up when we were out late. I guess it’s okay if you wake up early. very far away from Raleigh as well.
