It was okay, too pricey for the service you get though.

Rooms looked nice. Bathroom was good

Beds are stiff as a board, there were some dead bugs on sheets, room service never came in the 4 days we stayed. Garbage outside was never taken out in the four days we stayed.

Terrible with false advertising about having breakfast

The only positive thing was that motel is only 30 mins to university of pittsburgh, where my child is looking for college . We were in th area for their open house

Rooms were musty and did not smell good. I booked at the Quality Inn specifically for the convenience of the continental breakfast, only to be told they were too short staffed to have breakfast. We couldn’t even get coffee before we left at 730. Desk clerk on his phone with headphones in, said he didn’t have time to make coffee yet. What???!!! Get off your damn phone.

There was no free breakfast even though it was advertised on the website. When we got into the room there was melted wax by the jacuzzi tub, there were cigarette holes in the blankets, and some random brown mark on the lamp shade. We were traveling and got there at like 10PM, so we didn’t complain because we just wanted to sleep. In the middle of the night my two-year old daughter got sick and threw up on sheets. They didn’t even call to tell me they were going to charge me. There is no way for us to clean the sheets, but they think charging my card numerous times at $170 is okay for “incidentals”. I called to try to figure out why, but the manager was always busy and would be available after 5. I would call back after 5 and the person answering would say he left at 5. My wife is a former housekeeper for a 4* hotel and they would never charge for that. It looked like there were maybe 4 other patrons at the time, so the manager probably just wanted to try to get as much money as possible. I will never stay there again.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

NOTHING The room was supposed to have city views, a balcony, and be clean. THIS ROOM WAS DISGUSTING!!

This hotel was the worst possible. The sheets were digusting, the bathroom might as well have been an outhouse. There were NO city views. I was facing the cemetary and there was no balcony. I vacated the property before I even sat down. I drove 4 hours for this dump.

Was exactly what I needed

jacuzzi room was very comfortable and clean.

Property was sorta hidden and a little dark but that’s also a good thing because it was more private.

Location was perfect. The room was clean. Staff was friendly. Jacuzzi was awesome.

it is very close to our destination.

Renovations (I think) caused clutter and furniture to be everywhere. The hotel clerk was nowhere to be found two out of three times that I needed them. I had to wait upwards of 15 minutes for anyone to attend to my needs both times.

Could have been cleaner. Toilet too low hard to get up. Vending didn't work. Nice to have elevator. Would not use again. Not close to where I was going.

It was adequate. We slept pretty well.

The room was clean. It had what we needed.

The bed they claimed to be queen sized was barely big enough for two people. There was no juice for breakfast.

people left you alone

the fact the workers can’t even set the clock back when it’s due . we got I. at 3 am set the alarm and never thought anything of it until I looked at my phone after I woke up robe alarm going off at the wrong time. we were about 45 mins late checking out which wasn’t busy at all this am. they charged me 255 for a room and never even said a thing. if that’s the case I want my moneys worth and I wanna stay .🤷🏼‍♀️
