The roaches that’s all
1.0
I did not like the facility at all! The infestation of roaches was so bad that I slept in my vehicle the night I checked in. Even sitting on the bed, a roach crawled on me! I found another place to stay the next day and checked out.
Too numerous to note here, but it includes: roach infestation, GFI safety hazard, I don't recall fire alarms in the room and general cleanliness.

Nothing
The staff was extremely rude, except the day security, they refused to give me toilet paper after 1 week of stay and starting with 1/2 a roll to begin with. The room smelled heavy of chemicals. The whole place reaked of Marijuana and had addicts running everywhere at all hours of the night. And if I rebooked it was going to be a 30 dollar late fee .like who does that.i travel for work and have never had such a horrible experience .oh and the cockroachs are horrible

this extended-stay property please do not go to especially if you have your wife with you and she is coming to stay with you from out of state and you’re a construction worker and you’re not from the area and think it’s a great price and all beautiful don’t let it fool you I was scared to walk outside alone at night there were drug deals going on right in front of your face day and night. One day in the middle of the day there was a girl running up and down the hallway her friend was overdosing. someone had bought this particular hotel out there that was much worse we thought that it was better and we were very much let down I will never stay there again and to top it off we were very quiet I cleaned my whole room we caused no problems and they would not give us back our $50 cash deposit because we were checking out late because my husband Did not know if the job was over yet or not so we deserve our money back
I like nothing about this except for convenience if I was a dope head it would be the best spot in the world clean for a dope head oh and everything You Want probably right they’re going to have to get your car and if you’re not in that club you are screwed because that’s all you’re gonna see.
I was very disappointed I thought this place had changed

A convenient location
this was once known as a drug Hotel, from my understanding they had someone buy it and try to clean it up they do try but they are not succeeding. There is nothing going on but drug deals, women running up and down the halls from people overdosing, I when he’s not even look out to my car alone at night without my husband with me because of such sketchy people around. The staff the couple people that we did deal with were not friendly at all but I could see where it’s very hard to get somebody to work there. After we stayed there two weeks paid nearly $1000 to stay in a drug infested Hotel extended stay motel we checked out an hour late due to me waiting for my husband to get home or get back that’s not home to help me load things up the lady very rudely would not give my deposit back. I guess if we did dope and cost problems maybe we would’ve got it back I will never stay there again ever and I’ll suggest yes y’all are looking for an extended long-term
stay somewhere please go pay the extra 80 or $100 a week and go down to comfort Inn. my husband and I left there and Wednesday at our last week on Bluebonnet at comfort suites and it was right at $100 more but much much better environment plus a wonderful breakfast each morning did not run into one drug deal I’m sorry but I call it as I see it!

The quietness and comfort . The friendliness of majority of the staff members.
I didn't like the fact that when they had something going on with their system not updating they were ready to put me out on the streets with my kids and my service animal because I couldn't get to my receipt that was locked up in the storage which closed at 9pm and they told me the night before I was supposed to be due to pay for another week, at around 8pm that I had to pay or leave or they gave me an ultimatum that I could stay the night but have to be out early the next morning. I personally believe that maybe a new system is needed here but who knows I could be wrong. I love the staff. I instantly felt at home and welcomed by every staff member. The only problem I have is what I stated above.

Location was good and the price was good.
Dirty sheets and room was dirty was always the cops were being called homeless people hanging around begging for money smelled really bad just didn't feel safe. Not a family place to take your kids to stay. Had roaches in the room. The stove was greasy and old.
