Poor I didn't like anything milk was hot cereal was stall no

No smoking??? Why then when I walked into the hallway it's was heavy odor of pot, piss, and God knows what else. The sheets were not clean the room was not clean only one light worked and the shower no pressure. Was one of the worst rooms I ever stayed in.

Staff member wouldn't let me check in my room untill I paid for an extra day told me my babies being in the cold is not his problem after I had already paid for two nights

Too expensive for the place, no phone, I had a guy Knocking on my door after 11 pm I called the front desk a couple times and no one answer

Room was dirty, sunflower seeds on The floor. Hair in the bathtub. Opens the fridge and the freezer door came with it, and wouldn't shut again. The room was extremely hot. The door didn't catch, the extra lock was broke.

Didn't enjoy or week.

No toweks and blanket when asked for the. Staff was not freindly.Lamp shade broken and falling off wall. Some sleeper was all broken down. Bathroom door rush. Floor stripe going into bathroom loose I trip on it. BATHTUB WAS CLEAN AND PAINT ON WALLS NASTY AND KNOW DRESSER. .NOT HAPPY.

Won't likely every return to Days Inn. This experience was nasty.

I liked that it was easy to find with gps. Unfortunately, there was very little to like with this trip. The staff that checked me out was niether reactive nor rude when I mentioned some concerns about my room. I forgot something in my room moments after my check-out and the staff was quick to respond and very helpful to hand me the room key.

It started with the gentleman who checked me in. I arrived at just past 2am and the guy was on his phone with, what seemed to be a personal call the whole time. My room included stained towels and pillowcases, someone else's hair in the shower, and at least one hole in one of the pillowcases. I felt unsettled to touch anything. The breakfast was very disappointing. I'm grateful for the two small pre-packaged muffins I was able to grab but the fruit looked old/dried out, there were no items in the fridges such as yogurts or milk, there was cereal pieces on the floor and the general feel/ look of it was on par with my room.

It was terrible and I would never go to that hotel again.

The room was spacious. It was an easy location with lots of shops and restaurants around it. The hotel felt semi-safe.

The amenities were not as described. The pool was not usable and that’s one of the main reasons why I booked the hotel as welll as the breakfast. The breakfast offering was absolutely pitiful, there was nothing good about it. There was one apple for fruit and it was rotting. The pancakes were smaller than a quarter. No pastries available. In the bread section, there was a bin with several options for different kinds of bread but only plan white sliced bread was available. Really, there was no breakfast at all.

place was filthy; elevator broken; busy with one worker present; no a/c; AND Booking.com was terrible- we were charged DOUBLE what the rate was the day we arrived. I should have taken photos but we literally turned around and left.

Do not stay here pay the extra couple of bucks to stay somewhere else.

The new flooring tile in the room was the best thing. The cable tv was good as well as the wifi connection.

Check in should go smoothly. I checked in a t 3:10pm and the receptionist had to go to the room to see if it was cleaned before she completed my check in. Check-in took a half hour just ridiculous. I have been to many hotels, and I have never waited that long to check in. I believe this hotel has long stay residents renting there. Once I put my belongings in my room I went to go get me something to eat but my gut told me to go back to my room. Once I reentered my room, I went to the window to close the curtains to find the window was UNLOCKED! My room was located on the first floor. I locked the window and went to let the front desk know and I was made to feel it was not a big deal. I felt that the window was purposely left open. Now I don't feel safe, and the staff response was I will have maintenance go look at the window. I was not offered another room so I could feel safe. I didn't sleep well thinking at some point somebody is going to come to the window. My outside view was garbage on the lawn. There was a sofa in my room that needed to be cleaned or replaced. The bathroom space is awkward and small. Cleaning staff was loud while cleaning other rooms. The breakfast consists of old bread, a few muffins, and extra small cup of not good coffee. I did not enjoy my stay here and would never recommend it. When I ask to speak to manager, I was told he was in meeting and to come back at 7pm. When I returned, I was told manager would be out of the office.

The Bed was a bit too hard on my Back, but it was ok.

The bed was very uncomfortable and the linen was dirty, an I think I got a bug bite from there. Also the table where you could setup your laptop to small, and same with the chair. Would like a refund.
