The bed linens had lipstick on the sheets and stains. Therefore it made me curious about the cleaning of the room

Misleading and very stressful

The pool was very nice. Room was clean and smelt good

Our room was very hot all night They took $200 for my deposit instead of $100 I still haven’t received it back

Nice space, layout of parking/lobby space

Found bugs and dirty spots on the carpet. Not horrible but still uncomfortable

Room was excellent with plenty of good quality towels.

Breakfast was a bit poor, the staff plundered the pastries and were not interested in helping the guests.

Unacceptable and awful

I don’t know what I liked about the property because I was unable to stay. The desk clerk never arrive to check me in so we left.

there was no desk clerk available to check me in when we arrived. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever showed. I have since requested a refund of my stay that didn’t happen and they are not honoring our request. Terrible customer service terrible handling of a situation.

Stains on the bed sheets, male beard hair trimmings left all around the sink and bathroom counter upon going into the room, orange rust on bottom of shower tub, mold in the shower tub, warped bathroom door, slippery bathroom floor, toilet did not flush properly causing it to overflow onto the ground, no maintenance on the weekend to come fix the toilet.

hotel was in a convenient area but needs a lot of TLC. it was decently priced I guess. if they made it any cheaper it wo

close to restaurants and duck commander which was the purpose of the trip.

very run down. needs a lot of upkeep and minor remodeling and repairs like touch up paint. our shower rod was hanging by a screw from the wall

Good Ahead and book!!

Location to everything. Rooms were clean, no smell, staff on duty was very friendly and knowledgeable. BED SHEETS WERE FRESH😁

there was a roach in my bed. I informed the manager about it and she didn’t seem concerned about the situation at all

But other than the pool episode our stay was satisfactory!

There wasn’t much to the breakfast we ended up going out for donuts 🍩

There were unsupervised kids at the pool who tracked water all throughout the hotel . On the elevators, down the halls and everywhere and they were acting inappropriate in front of young children.

Exceptional

The price. We have stayed there many times over the years. We have only tried a couple of newer places across the interstate, but not worth the price difference just to sleep. We get there late and leave early. It's about 12 hours driving both ways.

There are really bright lights that come into the rooms. The drapes are heavy but still a gap. We used the hangers with clips to try to keep them together last time.
