The young lady who worked the breakfast bar was outstanding. Courteous, helpful and never stopped attending the foods, cleaning and making sure everyone was pleased.

The hotel was clean and all the staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast started and ended too early. I was traveling with my mother ,who is 80 years old, and the bed was too high for her to get In comfortably, we asked for a step stool. However, none was available. Lastly, the toilet in the room is too low.

Children getting oh swimming pool and water was everywhere including in the elevator. Both my husband and I are elderly and were afraid that we would slip and fall on the wet floors.

Breakfast was blah and over all hotel was so noisey.. could hear everything staff talking while smoking outside to TV blaring on both sides!!

Perfect! we were in the highway and train side and it was not noticeable at all. Also, the ambient lights people complain about not shutting off? there are orange switches by the outlets beside the bed and under the tv that operate then just fine. staff was incredible! like INCREDIBLE. thank you so much!

Location to close to railroad tracks. Train blew horn at crossing up until 2 AM. Soap/shampoo dispenser fell off wall while taking a shower.
