If I had to come thru this area again I would stay at this property.

Location to my final destination

Only coffee left at 800am Computer system was out check in and out,but I did receive a email receipt There was a arrogant guest who was totally inappropriate to front desk agent. I was waiting in the lobby for my ride. He was baligarent and absolutely out of line. I felt so bad for this young girl to have to have this to deal with.

The Staff is so wonderful there's one I like to really compliment on her name is Shelly she works at the front desk she always so happy and very polite 😊 and will go above and beyond to her ability to help she's great

Good place for an affordable price

It’s very affordable and has a kitchen inside - you do have to ask for all the kitchen stuff at the front - and no one cleans your room ever - so I had to buy my own cleaning supplies - not a big deal except I couldn’t get a broom or anything to at least sweep the floor. The staff is incredibly nice - but there are people who “live” here long term - so it’s not as vacation feeling as I would expect . The beds are not the most comfortable and the stove we had was rusted on the burners - but everything was clean.

People live here and some of them were weird - often times staff was not at the front desk.

Location was great

Room was dated. bed was too soft. No storage for clothes,no hangers to hang clothes, no coffee maker. this is a motel room with a fridge,nothing more.Should not be called an extended stay motel

It was an okay place to stay but pricey!

it was close to the wedding we attended.

The description of the room lead us to believe there were two rooms with a door in between, but the room was clean. The room rate was a little pricey.

88 years old with a cane. Getting luggage in very difficult.

Coffee good. Muffins small. No place to sit.

The staff was friendly

Our first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Moved to a 2nd room and it still smelled of cigarettes smoke but not as bad. Advertised non smoking rooms but was not the case. Our bathroom sink was clogged we needed to use the kitchen sink to brush our teeth. The coffee was always out.

The reception staff was very nice and helped a lot with my inquiries. Location is close to everything I needed.

Pretty worn out facility. Need more attention to cleaning. Though it’s a non-smoking place, there was smoke smell in my bathroom, and they couldn’t figure out where it came from. It was pretty loud at night in the corridor, poor sound proof system.

Wouldn't stay again due to staff unprofessionalism

Bed was very comfortable. Room & facility was very clean.

Upon arriving after a 19 hour drive the receptionist was locked outside. we had to wait in our car for 40 minutes before checking in. We requested a late checkout and were told yes. I reminded reception about the late checkout before going out for breakfast. he was mad and had bad attitude about it. Told me it wasn't possible. i had plans with family to go for breakfast before leaving and had to rush our breakfast in order to checkout on time. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Convient to our location

Good size room for having 5 people. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was a downright joke, first morning it was only a little bag of oatmeal. No towels at the pool which meant walking through the hotel wet. Side doors did not work so had to walk around building. Our room kept getting the smell of weed even though we don’t smoke.
