Fine location. Coffee in lobby for breakfast.
Staff wasn't at front desk very often. "Breakfast" is granola bars and packaged muffins in a cabinet. No coffee in room. Super flat pillows. Needs renovating.

Location was great and the attitude from the staff was friendly. I liked the fact that there was an option to cancel, almost up to the moment of check-in as well as paying on arrival.
The bathroom, especially the shower looked as though it was still under renovation and the blow dryer was broke. The fitness room was closed due to a broken treadmill and there was no other equipment as depicted in booking.com.

Facilities weren’t cleaned, pest were located in the room (roaches), A/C spraying black dust out of it, room smelled awful. Staff was rude when checking in

Add calls free Breakfast, nothing but pre-packaged bars and muffins. Misleading advertising, Has to be purposeful.
The front desk person was the best thing about the entire place. She is professional, nice, and informative. The room showed signs of bed bugs. did not see any alive but under the mattress covers, you could see they had been there.

Good amenities, comfortable bed, and free coffee and grab-and-go breakfast! The staff were very friendly as well. I only stayed for one night, but it would be the perfect place to stay for multiple nights.
There's nothing in particular that I didn't like.

LOCATION IS QUITE AND CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT . IT IS NICE HOTEL IF YOU LIKE TO COOK AND I LIKE THE STAFF THEY ALLOW ME TO CHECK IN ONE HOUR EARLY AND ALSO THEY LET ME STAY ONE HOUR MORE FOR THE CHECK OUT.
THE BREAKFAST IS LIMITED . IT IS ONLY COFFEE AND SOME KIND OF SNACKS.YOU HAVE TO HAVE A CAR , IN ORDER TO GO FOR SHOPPING OR ANY RESTURANT OR COFFEE SHOP.

It was reasonably clean, if dated and beat up.
The promised airport shuttle didn't exist, the "extraordinary" breakfast was a pre-packaged muffin that (I'm not making this up) literally had mold on it, the hotel didn't recognize my prepayment on booking.com and forced me to pay a second time for the room as well as give them a $100 deposit and the desk clerk was positively hostile when I objected to all these extra charges.
