It was adequate but I would not book a room here again for $300 for two days. Not worth the expense

Your front desk clerk was VERY kind, considerate and helpful. We arrived somewhat early and she took my phone number to notify me when our room was ready. Best part of stay was customer service

Breakfast was not fully ready in the mornings. We had completed eating before waffles were even offered. Room was adequate, but I would not say clean. It appeared that there was plenty of room available, yet we were placed on a 2nd floor room - and we had quite a bit of luggage to carry up the stairs. It was adequate in most ways; however, your customer service was spot on! Stellar performance by your staff.

it was close to the Indiana Dunes & there were a lot of other places to go that were close to the hotel.

No elevator lol. Would have liked some eggs & meat with the breakfast.

Good

The staff was friendly. The room was clean but out dated. The location is great alot of restaurants and the dunes close by also a great Brewery called 219 Taproom near by !! Great music and craft beer !!

Pretty good location with lots of grocery stores and restaurants around. Not too fair from the Indiana Dunes parks.

I don't know if it's still under construction, but I wasn't aware that would be happening while I was staying there. All the workers were very nice and would even move to the side to let me head upstairs. But I probably would've picked somewhere else while they were doing renovations.

Good location. Friendly staff. Very good value for the cost of an average night's stay.

The attention to cleanliness is demonstrated throughout the hotel. Really appreciated it.

The breakfast should include more options such as hardboiled or scrambled eggs and bread options that include condiments should as small single serving packages of peanut butter or various jellies.

Good price point, great location

The location is great! It's close to the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore & Indiana Dunes State Park as well as Michigan City & New Buffalo. There are a lot of really good locally owned restaurants too.

The hotel is rundown. The mattress was very uncomfortable. You can feel every spring.

Absolutely lousy. This hotel for lack of better words is disgusting

The halls and the room smell moldy. There was a blood smear on the back of the door. I was checked into a room already occupied. Then checked into a room that they said I was not in. Had to prove with my key the room I was actually in. I would have moved to a different hotel but everything was booked solid. I will never stay here again nor do I recommend it to anyone.

beds were super comfortable room was nice with a good size fridge

for some not having an elevator would not be ok. we managed just fine.

Enjoyed it and will stay again but going to bring an air freshener with us. :)

The staff were all so pleasant. The location was great for what we were doing. Easy access.

The room had a damp, dusky smell. The room should have been aired out. It was almost a mildew smell.

It's a decent place to stay

It was a nice facility. It was clean, and close to many of the attractions that I was there for. The staff was friendly.

The breakfast was worse than if they had just offered donuts. The view from my window was a blocked off, overgrown gravel lot with beer cans and trash in it. For as basic a hotel as it was, the price was a little high.

The AC worked.

The front desk worker was disrespectful towards my friends and my self because of our age, and did not honor my military discount, I was also over charged $10; I was refunded. My room smelled very bad(205), and the bathroom floor had bugs.

I was disappointed.

The location was convenient.

No elevator, no pool, the floors of our room had not been vacuumed before we arrived, the comforter on one bed was stained or dirty(not sure which), we stayed 2 nights and both mornings I had to ask for coffee to be made.

rest of room ok except the toilet was not bolted to the flange and rocked.

there was no hot water or any water from the hot water side in the bathroom sink. there was cold. I had to wash my hands in the tub. I reported it to the front desk and was offered a move, but it late, we were tired and it was 1 night. My husband says that the hot water in the sink was turned off at the source. Someone knew. My thought is how was the room cleaned and the water problem not reported/fixed prior to being rented out.

Comforting

Staff is always pleasant. Beds are the most comfortable beds I've slept in when I'm traveling and the cable TV is fantastic. Just across the street there are plenty of places for dinner.
