Rooms was very clean nice size.. bathroom was cleaning ..I was very please by the rooms and that was the only thing let me keep my booking and the staff was very helpful and nice.

Outside parking lot trashed really trashed I almost didn't feel safe to even parked In the parkinglot..very hood from looking at the parking lot almost didn't want to keep booking...

Staff were nice. Location is okay.

No breakfast. There was a homeless person outside my window causing lots of noice and playing loud music. Small flies probably fruit flies in my room. Previous room damages

Not my favorite experience

Location worked good for us.

Very ran down for what looked to be recently remodeled just gave the ick feeling. No breakfast at this location. The shelf in the bathroom that held the towels was about to fall off the wall and that is a perfect way to describe the whole room and atmosphere.

Not clean

We got the two queen beds with disability access so the room was very large. Lots of space so that was a plus

It was not very clean. There was food and crumbs in the couch as well as the pull out bed inside of the couch under the mattress. There were weird liquidy looking stains on the AC and the room did not come with any sheets or bedding for the pull out couch. If you walked with no socks on your feet were instantly dirty, so even though they said they clean the room twice before we got there, I don't think they did

Not worthy of the Red Lion brand.

The elevator.

Hair on pillow. No breakfast when booked as “included”. Exercise facilities unavailable. No coffee maker in room or coffee in lobby. No lobby computer/printer. Room had fragance machine attempting to cover up urine or pot odor.

Not much to like here. Pretty shabby place. No breakfast like it advertised. TV wasn't working right. Deposit still has not been returned.

Red lion inn horrible hotel staff

Nothing it was horrible experience

The staff advised me of using drugs which was completely untrue staff threatened my guest staff mocked my guest when asked for a receipt of my check out it was in correct they stole 233.00 from me.

Very poor

Breakfast was no longer being served due to covid

The attentiveness of the staff was lacking from the front desk through management. We needed to change the dates of our stay and contacted the facility twice before check in as my mothers hospital stay days had changed. We checked out 3 days early as discussed twice on this Olay form and again at check in and the facility did not provide a receipt upon check out stating to provide my email to receive the receipt. Three days later, still No receipt, I went back into red lion and spoke with the front desk person and they couldn’t find record of the stay to provide a receipt. I asked for management they were in a meeting, so I was provided with managements email and sent the request again to receive a receipt. I have to date not received a receipt or any correspondence with management. It was difficult getting any assistance at the facility as it seemed the staff were new and untrained.

Do not stay here - $100 room deposit and no breakfast

I had forgotten I had stayed here before a few years ago

$100 room deposit which is not mentioned on Booking.com and no breakfast though advertised otherwise on Booking.com - also no coffee maker in room and no bath mat

I would never ever stay here again. Nothing about this experience met expectations of a Red Lion.

There wasn’t really anything I liked about the property. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked out to my vehicle in the morning and it didn’t get broken into.

The lobby smelled like marijuana. There was a homeless person with some sort of a rolling cart with a dog in it sitting near the front door when I checked in. Oh wait, nope that’s the front desk clerk! She rolled her dog into the lobby and asked for my credit card and photo ID. I felt uncomfortable giving this person my drivers license which she made a copy of.

Very good

The staff was very friendly. Room was big and had a jet stream tub which felt good after a long day.

There wasn't a coffee maker in the room. Coffee was served in the hallway and was mostly out and no creamer sugar or sticks

This hotel has a serious housekeeping hotel. The sheets are stained, you could see they were dirty and hadn't been washed. The bathroom was nasty, the toilet hadn't been cleaned and the smell was horrendous.

Very displeased with the price for the value of the room

The staff was amazing super friendly and super helpful to the best of what they could the front desk lady was such an amazing person to talk to. I was staying while my mother passes away at the local hospital and this front desk girl was absolutely caring and empathetic .

One of the beds in the room was broke. Literally broke broke. My sister had to sleep in the same bed with me instead of her own because when she laid down on hers the bed would slant at an angle that made the head of the bed about 4 inches downward from your feet. The frame was broke.

If I could rate this place a zero I would

Absolutely nothing This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in, from the smell of smoke and pot in the hallway, to the sound of people running down the hallways all night, to them billing the wrong card, to the mold in the bathroom, to the used complimentary soaps and lotions. Everything was atrocious.

Everything is horrendous. There is not a single redeeming factor about this property

Unsavory activity in parking lot all hours. No closet space. Bathroom was filthy. No cups in room to use. Security lock on door would not work.
