Very close to the interstate, good food, and stores.
There were roaches at night. Killed two and the damage to my ceiling had been covered in masking tape.

I think there was mold in the AC in our room. They moved us to another room with no problem, but I'm not sure they believed us about the smell in the AC.

The property was new and close to the concert we were going to.
The room smelled like an ashtray or smoke filled bar. The front desk clerk did not even apologize or do anything about it when I went to them about it. The shower was very small and the floor in the shower was soft like it might break. The door handle on the inside of our room fell off. The towels were small and thin. For $390/ night I expect a non smoking room to be non smoking at a minimum.

The stay was nice... No real dislikes

Room was partially cleaned. Dirty towels still hanging in the bathroom, toilet was covered in urine, and it generally didn’t seem clean to touch anything. Staff was cold, keys didn’t work, etc. Hotel smells strongly of weed. I hate to be rude, but it was just awful. Hopefully we don’t have bed bugs in our luggage now.

great location; quiet property
the bed was very firm; and the television was difficult to navigate. I ultimately opted to watch programming on my computer.

shower didn’t have good water pressure and took forever for water to heat up. Internet went down and was down most of the day Saturday

Door to room wouldn't open, went to find staff member for assistance couldn't find him, called the hotel phone number multiple times to get help staff never came to desk to answer the phone. Continued to call and wait for staff member and he finally showed up to open door to room. Carpet in the room had a huge wet spot at the end of one bed, comforters had debri on them. On Sunday morning at 8:15 am, a female employee came into our room without knocking on the door, it scared my daughter and I was in the shower. When attempting to check out, waited for at least 10 minutes at front desk for staff, called the phone again, no one ever came to the desk for me to express what happened. I left a message on the key card holder, demanding a refund and a phone call and have not received either of the 2.

Location
The desk clerk was very RUDE to my daughter. She and her family had a reservation also through booking.com. booking.com does not require a payment up front. Your clerk did not explain why payment was required up front, she just told her if I don't get your payment I am going to cancel your reservation. I used to work in the industry and understand, but your clerk did not explain why.

Cable was out; desk person tried to fix it. It was late so I just went to bed. thought there might have been a offer of a small discount, there was not.
