The place was amazing. It's near everything you need to go in Ruidoso. Although it's about few meters off the road the place is quiet.

Nothing I wouldn't like except the pool is still close.

Beds are old and uncomfortable. but besides that its cool. Pool wasnt open which was the main reason i got this place.

This place is old, but it was clean. I had read the reviews, so many people had nothing but negative comments. So I was very worried, but it was actually a cool place to stay, I was so comfortable with the apartment. This would be the place that I would definitely stay on my next trip, we all just felt at home!

I really don't have anything that I was not happy with!

This is a family friendly resort in Ruidoso. It has a great location and it is perfect for families to come and stay together. It is quiet and has some nice sized condos that families can use.

How can you show up and say the pool has been down since November? November?? Come on folks I know that this resort is not on the high priority list but let's get the pool up and running. Also where is the hot tub? It was taken out and they are working on getting it replaced. Also the beds are not great at this place, expect to be tired when you leave as the beds here consistently suck

The tv's were updated to help with my son's PlayStation 5.

The facility was not what I expected..the pictures of the location were not updated.

Angelique was so nice and helpful to us. She made us feel appreciated and welcome 💗. We have stayed here a few times and always enjoy it.

Had a noisy upstairs neighbor this trip. I reported it to the office and they took care of it.

That it was like an apartment. Enough room and privacy for the two of us to just enjoy time away.

There were a few things that could use attention in the place. The floor by the sliding door seems to be rotting. And the microwave door was broken.

The people were very nice and accommodating.

Property was miss represented to be a resort property with Mountain View. It had neither. Had it not been for the people, I would have cancelled my reservation when they told me I was about to stay in a time share condo that hasn’t been updated at all since 1990. We did stay one night. Age is not so much the factor but our room needed a deep cleaning in the worst way(tub mold, tile grout was nasty throughout). We stayed 1 night of 2 reserved.

I liked the location of the property, and it was a very good value as compared to private homes that we have stayed at in Ruidoso before. The staff was very friendly.

The check-in was quite lengthy. Another couple was in front of me, and so the main counter clerk was busy. After waiting for about 20 minutes, finally another clerk helped, an older lady. However, she apparently was not familiar with how to operate the electronic payment procedures, and she charged my debit card without telling me how much the charge would be in advance (I bought an extra night over & above my originally planned stay). Not only that, but she could not even provide me with a receipt. When I finally got a receipt upon checkout, I had been overcharged by $42.00. However, I consider this to be a minor issue; the other clerk got it straightened out upon checkout, and all of the employees were super friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities.

It was awesome!! Will definitely stay again!
