Perfect !

The staff was so welcoming ! Especially Luis O at the front desk . He made our anniversary celebration so special ! The card signed by the whole team was so thoughtful and really precious! Everything was perfect ! The location and beautiful facilities!

Be prepared to spend a lot

I liked the cleanness and comfort of the facility. The staff at the front desk was kind and helpful.

The room was too small for a family of 5. The bathroom door did not have a lock, which is stupid. The valet parking fee for the day was 75$ and there is no any other parking available. Not many convenience stores and restaurants in the walking distance. Also, it looks like they have issues with noise insulation, since I got a knock on the door sometime around 11:30 pm. The hotel employee was asking me to be quieter, since my neighbor had trouble falling asleep, which is ridiculous. Never seen such thing in any hotel before. Why do you accept families with kids then if you have such noise-sensitive customers? Felt like senior living facility at that moment. 🙂

Overall, we were happy with our stay and my son had a great birthday. The hotel is beautiful and the food was delicious.

Very beautiful hotel. The lobby is spacious and very nice with fireplaces and the restaurant/bar there. The pool is also very beautiful and was big enough. The rooms were nice, however I think they could be bigger for the price point.

I think that the rooms should be bigger for the price point. But mostly, I was very disappointed about the TV in the room - the lack of viewing options and the price for movie rental is absolutely unacceptable. In 2024 at a luxury hotel downtown Chicago, the TVs should be smart and have streaming apps available. At the very least, the movie rentals should NOT cost $20 per movie. That is the cost of purchasing a movie, or more depending on the movie. A rental, even on an old fashioned Redbox is a few dollars at most. I have never been to any hotel or Airbnb that charged that much for a movie. We were having a family staycation for my son’s birthday and the kids rented 2 movies, at first without my knowledge, as it is a click of a button to charge $20 to the room. If you are advertising as a family friendly hotel, it should not be that easy. And there should be more budget friendly options for watching a movie in the such an expensive room.

All I have to say is “Simply Amazing”. This has to be one of the most beautiful and cleanliest hotels in Chicago.

Definitely worth the short stay for a romantic evening.

Exceptional corner room with glass walls was incredible. Views of the river and downtown were epic. You can't get any better views than this. The room itself was sleek, modern and very much what you'd expect from a Lowes property.

I thought the pricing for the breakfast was a bit overblown. The food was good but seemed 15% more expensive than other similar options in the area.

The Loews is not just a place to stay, it’s an amazing experience you’ll never forget!

I’ve stayed here several times and the staff are extremely friendly and professional, it’s immaculately clean, the beds are comfortable and sheets are cool and high thread count, the food and drinks are high quality, and the city and water views are equally gorgeous.

I love everything about this hotel!

Great Service & location

Excellent location, very clean, great staff. Will be staying again! We used the pool and gym and have family that lives near by so great location for us and whole foods across the street made it super easy to get snacks/water etc. Check in was awesome experience.

Wish there was a table next to chair in our room and free water to make coffee. thought pool was on the cold side, but not unbearable. The key cards were annoying and constantly saw other guests having issues as well.

Sehr gutes zentrales Stadthotel. Klare Empfehlung!

Personal sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Zimmerwechsel war problemlos.Gut ist auch der Foodmarkt und der Kaffee. Die Lage ist absolut Top 👍. In ca. 10-15 ist man überall in Downtown zu Fuß 🦶 Sehr gut ausgestattetes Fitnessstudio mit nagelneuen Geräten. Eckzimmer 1450 mit sehr gutem Ausblick auf den Pier und den See.

Die Stadt ist laut, dass sollte man wissen. Das Hotel geht nur bis Stockwerk 14. Darüber nur Mietwohnungen bis Stock 53. Dies sollte das Hotel deutlicher schreiben. Die Möglichkeit ein Zimmer in den höheren Stockwerken bis 14 zu buchen fehlt völlig.

When I left I told reception I could move in permanently as had such a fabulous stay!!

My room was large, comfortable and had everything I needed. I ate in the bar and restaurant, bought coffee and cake from the coffee shop and then wandered around Chicago -location was great.

I went to visit the city for my birthday but found myself at the hotel enjoying the services and amenities more often th

It’s a very cozy destination in and of itself. Great location with a great view and plenty of amenities. The staff were very kind and attentive. Everything was absolutely spotless and clean/well kept. After many attempts, I couldn’t find a single thing wrong with the place.

Amazing luxurious experience for families wanting to enjoy Chicago!

Incredible! Staff was friendly and professional, room was luxurious, location was perfect. We’re already thinking about when we can come back!

The walkway around the pool is VERY slippery, especially after any kids have been splashing a lot. Kids are going to splash, so maybe updating the walkway to a less slippery material would be a good idea.

Exceptional hotel.

They allowed us to check in and access our rooms at 7:30am. That was exceptional and much appreciated after spending the previous day and night in Amtrak from New Orleans. Restaurant was reasonably priced with delicious food. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were very well-appointed. Nice pool. Good view.

Fantastic location, nice rooms and a super way to visit Chicago with an EV.

New to traveling w/ an EV (Tesla) and staff was very accommodating, got us charged up and ready to hit the road when needed.

Was busy weekend, first fully open in Chicago...plus a wedding party had the roof deck/bar booked so couldn't enjoy the city views and relax using that space. Bummer.

Warm welcome in the Windy City

In a good location - within a 20-minute walk from the Bean, the Mile, Navy Pier and Metra, steps from Whole Foods, the river and plenty of restaurants - Loews is a quiet and safe haven for Chicago visitors. Their cocoa and cookie station in the afternoons is worth the price of the stay even before you count in their generously-sized rooms and fabulous staff.

The room was beautiful, the bed extremely comfortable and loved all the room in the bathroom, with extra counter space. The lobby area was very relaxing too in the chairs in front of the fireplace.

Good experience

I liked the location, reception, lobby, and safety measures. The room was spacious and the view was wonderful.

The only thing that i wish is that the electricity outlet on both sides of the bed, instead of one side only. The TV has one option only to watch movies by buying them!

Nice amenities close to main attractions and friendly greet on arrival

Friendly staff in particular the concierge Gwen was very helpful

I will definitely come back!

The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. The hotel was very clean comfortable and the view was nice. I love that you can text the hotel. No need to call front desk! The location is convenient every store you need is near by.

I wish the TV was a smart TV and the food wasn’t the best. I only loved the waffles for in room dining.

Festive, family fun time in the city

Nice pool with a lot of kids and families, good restaurant on site was convenient for breakfast, great location with easy access to Navy Pier, movie theater and bowling alley/arcade, Michigan Ave shopping.

Heaven !

I reserved the room for my daughter who travelled from Boston for Christmas - I live in the North Water apartments and absolutely love the Loews - The covenience , the staff , the rooms - it's a first class hotel and I could not be happier to have it right here whenever family comes to town . And the beds are the BEST - most comfortable sleep my daughter has had in ages - and she travels all the time all over the world.

There is nothing but praise form me each time any of my family has stayed here.
